Who is up? Any US or Canadian Peas working the night shift? EuroPeas or AussiePeas? NZPeas? SAPeas? Who's around and hanging out.
My son just left his bedroom and all the lights are turned out. He stepped on the black dog because the dog decided to lay right in front of his room. The dog is allowed on the bed. The dog can sleep on his blanket. The dog rules the house but he chooses to sleep in the hallway protecting my son where he can get stepped upon. Good thing they are cute!
Did everyone have a good Thursday? It's Friday in lots of places. What time is it where you are? Are flowers blooming or is Autumn approaching? Is it warming up in Australia and New Zealand?

Kids are down and DH is at work. I am cleaning up my studio, since last week we had to use my work table in our yard sale. Plus we sold my computer desk. So now trying to find places for everything and get the house back to normal. It's cold here to night. Was pretty warm this afternoon.

It is so nice out right now. I wish I could go for a walk but it's too late. I love walking late at night. It's very quiet and no one is out. Don't worry I take my cell phone and live in a safe part of town. I don't do it often but I do like to walk at night

mee still- waiting for nighttime meds to kick in. It's just a little after midnight and it's starting to rain again. I'm usually up late anyway.

I'm up. It's about midnight here. Still need to go cook some chicken for DD's lunch lettuce wrap. I'm always up late though but getting a bit tired and procrastinating. Southern CA here. Days are warm but nights so far cool down nicely but our heat is usually in September/October so it could still be coming.

My nighttime meds haven't kicked in yet either. Hopefully soon. If not I will be Peaing into the night. Which is entirely better than say Peeing into the night. That is just annoying.

Elannah you sound a lot like a friend of mine. She goes out a lot at night for walks. I finally talked her in to add app to her phone so she can check in and at least some know where she is at.
I am think of taking little man and laying down for a few hours until DH get home. Then back at the cleaning. But My 15 year old DSD is in our bed because right now DD sound like a train.

Darkangel what app is that to check in? I will download it. I usually do a facebook checkin partway on my walk.
I am honestly not tired now. I was really tired at 7 pm. My friend called me and I was sound asleep. Now it's 12:30 and I am awake.
What shall we talk about tonight? Anyone have a topic? Make up? Hair? Purses (yes!!!), shoes? Pick something!

I have an iphone beside me so I will look for it. Thanks!
What does everyone have planned for the weekend? Anything exciting? I am going to a Thai friend's house. She is having her friend Da come over. Da is a riot and I can't wait to see her. Should make for an interesting evening.
I put my gym membership on hold for a while. I am just not using it like I should and am undecided whether I will keep it or not.

Sigh....to be in Hawaii. Where paradise exists. I wish I were there right about now.
The girl poodle is lonely and needs to be up on the bed with me. I understand but she takes up so much room. Our family hates to inconvenience the poodles. That would be blasphemy. They rule the roost. The black boy is smarter than the white girl is but she tells us what to do and when to do it.

We could use some rain here too. Badly. It is supposed to be fairly warm this weekend though.
I might go get some iced tea. Anyone want some? Could be sweet tea if you added sweetener to it.

Sugar would do. I don't drink sweetened tea anymore. I used to drink 5 glasses a day or so. Then I cut back to 2 and then none. It was sweetened with sugar. It tastes really good and I looooove the taste of it but I am trying to cut back on sugar, unsuccessfully as it may be.

9.15am here, I've been up and around for a while. Just having coffee whilst I consider what comes next! Looks as though it's going to rain here today later so the sooner I get out the less chance I have of getting soaked through!!

Anything that surprised you like something great not selling or something that you thought no one would want that was the first thing to sell?

I finally went and made the chicken for DD's lunch. Sort of waiting for DH to get home. I don't know how he does it with staying out late at a friend's then getting up for work in about 5 hours or less.
We are getting new mattresses delivered for the kids (teens) on Saturday so tomorrow hopefully, I'll be getting rid of their old beds (a full/twin bunk and twin captains bed). Kind of a hassle but it will be worth it when it's done and both kids are getting plenty of rest. Band is making them very tired combined now with early school mornings. Hopefully DH and I get a date this weekend since the kids will be gone all day on Saturday. We will see though because the mattresses are being delivered then too.

Darn it. It looks like everyone is going to bed and I'm wide awake. It's 4:24 a.m. here. I've been up for an hour and just finally decided to pea. I was tired last night but stayed up in case one of the kids was coming home instead of staying at their friend's house. I've got a sibling coming around 9:00 this morning to help me with cleaning the cellar. I know I'm going to be tired and cranky. Oh, here comes one of the kids out of their bedroom heading to the fridge to forage. Weather has been mild here. Forty percent chance of rain. I hear the microwave going. I'm going to check it out.

It's 6.15pm Friday here. A miserable day, cold with rain on and off. A contrast to yesterday's lovely day - glad I did the washing then. I hope this is the last of the cold weather, it's spring on the 1st September. But except for a couple of cold weeks, we had a mild winter here in south east Queensland. I just made some chocolate patty cakes (cup cakes) and they're delish. I love licking the bowl, I'd rather eat the cake raw than cooked. Never truly grew up (thank goodness) lol. Elannah, I know what you mean about those 4 legged children. My 2 sleep on the bed with me - unfortunately one is as big as a Shetland pony. Luckily the other one is little. Luckily I have a big bed.

I am planning to get rid of my summer bedding plants in my tubs, they're finished now, and replant with autumn heathers etc.....it's looking a bit overcasthere too so I'd better get going if I don't want a soaking either

I'm up doing homework. My littlest furbabies are the cat and the puppy. Somehow they manage to take up half the bed. I was sitting on the bed studying and taking notes earlier. The cat was being driven crazy by watching the end of my pencil wiggle as I was writing. She was very disappointed that I wouldn't let her attack it. Lol

Strange thing the sold was DH old bike. We had a brand new one for sale and no would by the new one.
