My dog got a hold of and chewed through a bottle of distress paint from Ranger. Now there are little dried paw prints on my carpet. I have not tried anything on it yet for fear of trying the wrong thing. I emailed Ranger for suggestions, but thought I would ask here too. Any recommendations?

Hopefully Ranger gets back to you fast. I would try water on one of the prints, maybe soak it pretty good then blot with a paper towel. Distress products are supposed to be continually reactive with water. If that works, then treat the other spots and steam clean the carpet.
Good luck! Let us know what worked.

The Distress paint dries ... and it no longer reactive with water -- that is how I understood the basics of distress paint. I hope Ranger has so good information for you! Please let us know what you learn!

I'd look up how to get acrylic paint out of carpet. I'm sure it's a baking soda and something mix. Also try anything in a sample area to make sure it doesn't bleach the carpet.
