I just bought a bunch of the PL page protectors on sale, too. I got some 8x10 for school photos and other sizes I hadn't purchased before.

I'm new to PL, and have just used the WRMK A style page protectors.
Was going to order a box of the 60 BH A's from Amazon, but the product reviews are terrible - strong plastic smell, yellowed pages, off-sized pockets.
The Amazon reviews are fairly current, some from late June. Has anyone bought the BH big packs lately, and if so, how was the quality? The price is great, so I'd love to order. Thanks!

purplebee Mine are supposed to arrive Tues/Wed, so I will let you know. I saw the same reviews before ordering. However, I have been using these for years without any issue. I decided it was worth the risk. If they turn out to be defective, I will return them to Amazon.

purplebee My page protectors were delivered last night. I am torn. They do have a noticeably yellow color in the package. Sort of like when a stack of page protectors have a blue tint. However, it isn't noticeable at all on the individual page protectors when you separate them. So, I am torn on whether to send them back. The yellow isn't bad enough to be a "deal breaker"....but I also know that not all PL page protectors have that color.

That price is too good to pass up! I'm going to have to take a chance and grab a couple of packs. I hope the smell isn't too bad!

Scrappyjac, guess you need to decide if the price justifies keeping a less-than perfect product. They don't sound as bad as some of the previous reviews indicated on Amazon. I will likely just wait on ordering as I have a supply of WRMK page protectors on hand. Thanks for sharing your experience!

They are now $8.39 today. I'm going to post this on the general scrapping board too. I sometimes forget to come over here.  Also, the 4x6 grid cards were under $3.00. |

Offering my review: I took the bait and ordered two packages of these for some baby albums I'm making, and they were an awful yellow, smelled terrible, and were definitely tacky to the touch. I just shipped them right back to Amazon. Don't waste your time or money on these! I've bought these in the past from Amazon and they were OK. They've definitely changed something about the product, IMHO.
Now I have to figure out a plan B and will probably need to use WRMK protectors instead.
