This is Day 1 Happy Place We stopped in Austin at the Graffiti Park. Definitely made my kids happy spray painting and climbing the hill but I thought this little flower had found its own happy place among the weeds and trash.   |

  My oldest grandson stopped by on his way to Tuscon and spent 2 nights with us, so you know what my pics are. I showed him our new "Red Arroyo Hike and bike Trail" this morning. He just got his masters in biology at U of Alabama and has a new job in the lab at U of Arizona. He is looking forward to going to the Grand Canyon. He is a big outdoors/hiker/caver/adventure guy. We are excited for him! |

Yesterday I went out to a park here and walked around since it was a perfect day. It's one of my favorite parks so I will use it as a happy place.
Today I took a picture laying on a lawn chair while on the deck of the sky and trees for look up.

Here's my photo day 2 and the prompt is Happy Place. this is the view I have when sitting in my glider on our enclosed patio. There is a field behind our house where they play pee wee football and they only use it from August to October. So most of the time it critters from nature. Just now uploading my photo from yesterday. I took it while I got my money out to pay for my lunch at Chick-Fil-A. I used the June 1st Wacky Holiday prompt 'Flip A Coin Day'. If I could find a coin in this ridiculous mess I'd flip it lol. Please tell me I'm not alone in this hot mess of a wallet?! I hate when it gets like this!  |

More awesome photos, Ladies! I took lots of grad photos today, but the one I will use for this challenge is for prompt #25: reflection. Got a photo of the reflection in the mirror of my 5 yr old dgs as he was getting a haircut. I will post when I get back home. Glad you want to play, lovinlife. If you are having trouble posting pics, let us know what you are using to take them, and someone will be able to explain how to post. looking forward to what Day 3 brings us! |

I love the wooded backdrop. kellyr21 & scrapincin, both of your happy places could be mine. betty, great happy place interpretation and love the look up (motorcycle on a pole). @elaynef, congrats to your dgs. nylene, beautiful view. laulley, lovely trees. nicolep, I carry a smaller wallet inside my purse to avoid overstuffing it with receipts and cards as my wallet used to look like that all the time and I could never find anything.

Yesterday, Day 2 prompt of "look up" I didn't get a chance to get a picture of anything so I look a picture of my bedroom ceiling fan that is on now that the weather is getting very warm. I should have turned the AC on last night. I did today.  |

Here is a photo I took today. I know; I know. It's not June yet. But I will be traveling most of the day tomorrow, and unlike justjac on a road trip, I will be driving. I decided that this photo goes with the prompt, My Happy Place. I hate selfies of me (or to be honest, MOST photos of me), but I really love the flowers in our yard right now, and I love being able to sit outside in the mornings drinking my coffee and listening to the birds singing this time of year. So here I am: Well - aren't you a cutie patootie ! !

Here's my girls. I love this so much. Recently I was looking at older pictures of my girls (they're teens now) and I especially love the B&W pictures from when they were about that age. B&W pictures have a timeless and nostalgic look that I love. Time flies. Enjoy this time with them. Before you know it you'll find those tiny chairs in the garage and you'll feel like someone magically shrunk them and you'll be amazed that your kids were once tiny enough to sit in them. |
