Here we are for Day 4! I did not use a prompt but will call this Bunny at Breakfast! Baby bunny was quite active this morning! I just worry the hawk will get him! baby bunny by Cindy Blair, on Flickr I saw a tiny fawn yesterday on my way to church. It was in town. Standing on the street between a house and the park. (The same park where I took the picture of the bridge). It was so cute!!! I wish I could have gotten a picture, but my phone was in the backseat buried in my purse. I was on the look out for mamma, but didn't see her. The little guy (or girl) ran off the street into the park and then stood and watched me drive slowly away.

Day 5 - Growing My Violet plant that I received in a basket of plants from my co-workers last year for Admin Assistant day. It has grown so much and blooms about every few months.

That dragonfly photo is amazing, betty ! Love the flowers, warrior1991 . I didn't get a photo today--driving all day with a stop for shopping, but it was all business and dh was in a rush to get home--he always is after he has been away for awhile. But I took well over 200 photos on the weekend, so I think I will cheat and use one of those for June 5th. So far, I have posted: June 1st, Prompt #1, "My Happy Place". Tomorrow I need to upload to my computer and post here: June 2nd, Prompt #25, Reflection June 3rd, Prompt #21, On Wheels June 4th, Prompt #17, Proud June 5th, Prompt # 13, Together. (photo of two little boys walking hand in hand)

This is a photograph that hangs on my enclosed porch. They are all birds I took pics of in my backyard. Since some of these you have never seen before I will label them left to right top row: Male Cardinal, tufted titmouse-my favorite-he sings beautifully, Ruby- throated Hummingbird, Baby Robins. Second row-Female Cardinal, Downy or Hairy woodpecker-I can only tell by size, male goldfinch and a yellow warbler-another beautiful singer. IMG_9868.j-pg by Cindy Blair, on Flickr

betty, your dragonfly photo is amazing! warrior1991, how do you get your African violet to grow and bloom? I received one as a gift and have been struggling to keep it alive. It's late so I'll go through my photos from today tomorrow morning.

LisaDV I water it when I think of it. (which is not daily), and it is sitting by a north facing window which only gets direct sun around 7pm now in the summer. Not that I know what I'm doing, but that is what seems to be working. When I re-potted it last year after receiving it, I might have added a MiracleGrow stick thingy.

Here are some of my pic's. June 2, Prompt #25: Reflection. Have no idea why this one is tipped on its side. Prob should have cropped it, but I wanted to show the barber shop vibe. June 3, Prompt #21: On Wheels. These two spend many hours outside, and wheeling around on bikes and scooters is a big part of it. June 4, Prompt #17: Proud. My oldest dgs with his dad & step mom at their grad banquet. We are all really proud of him, and I am happy that his dad (my ds) is really looking the part in this photo.

And here are the rest. June 5th: Prompt #13: Together. The BIG brother (aged 5) taking the little brother (aged 3) across the rodeo parking lot to meet up with Grampa in the distance. These two fight all the time, but they really approach the world as a UNIT! June 6th: Prompt #8 : FEET. It was good to feel the green green grass of home this morning after being away for a few days. There! Caught up until today! Yay me! Attachments:

warrior1991, I love African Violets. They remind me of my mom. (sigh) Great shot. scrapincin, I need to come visit you. We don't have any of those birds around here. You got some gorgeous shots. grammadee, that reflection photo is perfect. Such a brave little guy! Love the Wheels photo. Do you have trouble keeping up with them? Once they are on wheels they leave me behind. Great graduation photo. You can be a proud grandma! I love the photo of the boys walking away hand in hand. Perfect! Love the toes in the grass. Home is always best! @woodsybetty, the view in that boat looks refreshing and fun. Great job with the drink and book. Your last photo makes me jealous of that be scrappy table!

nylene I edited my post and listed what they are and marked beautiful singer-I should say the Robins and cardinals are too! I love those pretty flowers by your door! And how cool to do that word art with all the grands names. Have you ever been to Wordle to do that? One of Bobby's favorite places on the computer. It might be fun for cousin Camp! grammadee Those photos of yours are wonderful. The one of the boys holding hands and walking to grandpa is my fav and the one of your toes in the grass I love. The pics of the two boys are just like Maggie and Bobby used to be.

I moved it to a north facing window which is a bit more difficult to get to with furniture, so that should help me to not over water it. Thanks.

My June 5th photo: wings. Since the lil hummingbird is drinking you can't see his wings. They're some of my favorite parts about summer. Today's: Grow. My radishes are up.

Here's mine for today and the prompt is Number 26 OLD! this was my DH's grandmother's basin! She lived to be 93 and his mother lived to 96 so that gives us a small idea of how old it may be! This was used on a daily basis also not just displayed. Grammas Kuster's basin by Cindy Blair, on Flickr

I didn't get a picture yesterday for Day 6: door. Wasn't sure what to do. I don't have a door on my craft room, but wish I did. So I guess that can be my "photo"; picturing a new door for my craft room.

Don't worry about collecting the photos in order of the prompts, warrior1991 . If you see a door somewhere that looks interesting, snap a pic. Or if someone is willing to stop and pose while entering or exiting a door, that works too. haven't done that one myself yet. Here is my photo for today. For the prompt #15: WORK. We have plumbers in the house today and I asked if I could snap a shot. The orientation was right on my phone, and on the file when I checked it through PS, but for some reason the attachment is rotated 90 degrees. But you get the idea... Attachments:

So many dreamy pics in this thread! It's my turn to play catch-up. Here are both yesterday's and today's photos from my life. I've gone promptless for these two days. Life's been busy and I just wanted to take photos of what appealed most to me. These Instagram-worthy beauties (which I didn't even bother rearranging before snapping the pic ) which have been perfuming our living room for the past few days. And you can catch a sneak of the little coffee table (approx. 16x16 inches) I scrap on. So is the life of a memory keeper living in a small inner city space. And these other beauties I came across today. I love this late spring season when the world seems to be at its liveliest and loveliest.

Loving all your photos, Ladies! So much variety! Loving the glimpse these pic's give into our daily lives, indoors and out. Lovely mix of the casual day to day experiences with the things we value the most. Everything from that frosty glass of beer to Grandmother's pitcher! Please keep them coming. Can't imagine trying to scrap on that little table--or having it cleared off for flowers when I am done. That kitty in the window is a classic! Here is my photo for today for the PATH prompt (#3). I actually took this one with a bunch of others around our yard yesterday. This is the old driveway into what used to be my dh's childhood home. It is used very seldom, now, except by wildlife and our dogs. ETA: Again, the attachment is tipped on its side. No idea why that happens!

Day 7, Window I am trying to write a book, and so every (okay, most) Wednesday after work I go to The Pizza Place to work on my laptop. (I work better with noise) I always sit at this one table that has a partial wall next to it and a window in it. I tend to stare out that window into the other part of the restaurant while I'm working on my story.

scrapincin, I wish we had a little path like that between our homes. How nice that you can visit easily. grammadee, I'm glad you took a photo of someone else working and that you weren't doing it all yourself. LOL msliz, your gardens and the path look so pretty. The mulch looks like there's a bit of work that need doing. sleepingbooty, beautiful, artistic photos. Those peonies remind me of my mom. She always had bushes on each side of the front door. I can almost smell them. betty, I hope your kitty heals up well and gets to chase some lizards soon.
