I know a number of people that have taken the Whole30 Challenge, and this sounds similar to their spin off the Whole9. We followed a Paleo/clean eating diet last winter rather than joining friends on the Whole30 and have had really positive results. With summer travel and other excuses, we have not been as strict the last couple of months, and set Sep 1 as our get back on track date. This is the none app link to the Whole Life Challenge. I think this would be a great challenge if you are motivated by being part of a team or community and like to track everything. I didn't take a look at the diet end of it, but suspect it is Paleo based given the founders are involved in Crossfit. I do like some of the simple things they said on the intro video like stretching for 10 minutes while watching TV.
