Hope everyone has a good week as well! I did my weigh in yesterday and lost another 2.6 pounds (took me 2 weeks)! I've been searching for new foods and found some. I know some of you don't like halo ice cream but I love it, though at $4.79 a pint, it's a bit pricey. You just have to let it melt a bit to get the creamy texture. I've tried mint chocolate chip, cookies and cream, oatmeal cookie, chocolate almond crunch, and birthday cake. My two favorites are oatmeal cookie and cookies and cream, which taste exactly like the real thing and only 3 points for 1/2 a cup. Also, here are some new YouTube channels I found and am currently addicted to. I love getting ideas from YouTube videos on what to eat because I was kind of tired of eating the same thing. Clean & Delicious She has tons of great videos with easy to follow recipes that are really healthy, I tried the shrimp garlic spinach recipe and it was so good and low points. HealthNut Nutrition She gives me lots of ideas. I've been using those long romaine lettuces instead of bread. Cristeen Olley I like checking out her food hauls. She breaks her food finds by weight watcher points. The Fit and Fabuless Mama She also shows what she ate in WW points, great ideas.

Great job, CraftMePink! Awesome! I, too, love Halo Top and enjoy it a few days a week. I track it and am losing well while including it in my food plans!
Thanks for the YouTube recommendations!!

I am up 1.6 lbs after the long weekend which is frustrating because I got TONS AND TONS of exercise AND stayed within my smart points every day. I am assuming it is some kind of water weight, perhaps connected to muscle soreness. I walked 27 miles (yes you read that right - 27 miles) between Saturday and Monday, much of it on an incline and very brisk. I also did some strength training and rowing (Orange Theory Fitness classes). So to be up in weight is stinky. But, I will stay the course. It is bound to drop back down, right?!!
Hope everyone is doing well!!

I have been holding steady. May was just an all around bad month. Trying to get back on track. It seems we have one thing after another. I also haven't been exercising as much as I have been. I started tracking today. Just have to keep after it.

Also don't forget the water. do you think you didn't eat enough to match your activity level?

I was trying to do Medifast, but failing miserably. It's been several years since I was on WW, but I really liked it. I am not much of an ice cream fan, but love Halo. I've only tried a few flavors, but the salted caramel is to die for!

I'm having a really hard time lately-struggling like crazy.
I'm trying to steer myself back on track and it's going OK. It's so darn hard to shake off old habits and patterns of thinking/behaving.
I try to remind myself of all my progress and to keep it together. Sometimes, it works, sometimes it hasn't.
Today was ok...Tomorrow I'm going to work for "great!"

I gained 2 pounds this week. Not surprised as I've been off plan all week. As much as I tried to stick with it, I always found myself eating something I shouldn't be. Back on track this week and no more steering off plan.

Just joined online...... have done different versions of WW in the past and always found it "easy" to understand (following not always😉). I am sure I will be back with questions, nice to have somewhere to come for tips, tricks and encouragement

After a week in NYC for work I came home to my weigh in and found I stayed the same. I'm happy with that. I made overall good choices, but didn't really track. I had a couple alcoholic beverages and desserts during the week. Now, back to tracking and hoping for a loss on Saturday.
Last night we made the Skinnytaste naked Persian turkey burgers...yum. Tonight I'm trying her chicken Marsala.
Thanks for the links to the Youtubers!

Down .6 - I'll take it. It was a rough weekend with lots of booze and snacks. I stayed away from most of it, but couldn't totally avoid.

I do mid-week at home weigh in check. Scale showed me down 2lbs since my Sat weigh in. Now, to keep that motivation going!

I weighed in yesterday and was down 3.8 lbs - 29.8 lbs in total. So close to 30! I didn't think I'd lost that much, and I was struggling a bit with feeling deprived last week, so it was a nice surprise and good motivation to keep going.
Welcome to the new members and thanks for the links. To everyone struggling, hang in there!

You guys are doing so great! I'm very impressed!
My weight is up almost 2 lbs from my lowest, which was last week. And it truly is for no good reason! I have been eating properly, tracking not only on the WW app but also on the Lose It app (to monitor calories and overall nutrition in greater detail). I never go over my WW points and have been working out a lot. So I show a gain instead of a loss....WAAHHHHH!!!
I'm determined to stay the course though - not giving up!

I'm trying to work Intermittent Fasting in with my WW maintenance plan. It is taking a little discipline, because I'm really hungry by the time I eat.
I am working hard on changing my internal thoughts, to say "feeling hungry is GOOD! It means fat being consumed." Since I'm paying attention to the foods I'm eating in terms of glycemic load, I'm not having sugar spikes followed by hypoglycemic episodes which make eating an emergency. I'm simply hungry without the panic and I can live with that.

Bumping for Friday and the weekend!
How's everyone doing? I finally re-lost the two lbs that immediately came back after I hit my 25 pounds gone. I lost 25 and then it immediately shot back up by 2 lbs - finally they were gone again this morning. OY VEY! Stubborn weight!
NSV - people are really starting to comment on my weight loss now. I get a little uncomfortable about it, admittedly, but I do feel good that my weight loss is ample enough to be noticed!
Looking forward to the weekend of healthy eating and some exercising time!
Hope everyone is doing well!

Weigh in is tomorrow. Hoping for a nice loss. I had my physical today and my doctor was very impressed with my progress so far.

We were on vacation for two weeks and while we didn't eat the best we did get a TON of exercise by walking about 18k steps a day which is a lot more than I'm use to so that kept the scale at bay.
I've been tired since getting home and didn't properly meal prep last week so I'm going into the weekend telling myself it's going to be healthy one. It's time to get back on track.

Just weighed in at my meeting. Down 3.6 this week. I am sure part of it was catch up from last week when I had just maintained. I'm so close .2lbs to earning my 50 lb charm. Next week for sure!

I did not weigh in today, but my scale showed I am headed in the right direction. Hopefully next week, I will finally be back on the losing track.
