Robaxacet is great, too. It's a muscle relaxant. If you have a Costco membership buy it there. It's $25/bottle at the drug store and $4 at Costco for the same thing.

Carfentynal is the real worry right now. One grain will kill you and they have found heroin and fentynal laced with it here on the Island.
I bought codeine cough syrup recently (I have been sick) and the pharmacist wanted my care card to take my information down, though. That was a first for me. I haven't had that experience at any other pharmacy and this was a really low end pharmacy I was at in a "rough" part of town.

Last I researched you could bring back 30 Tylenol #1 pills per adult legally. I would check the US Customs website to confirm what you can and cannot bring back over the border.
