This looks great! I will definitely try it. And congrats on being published. By the way, that first comment on the Facebook page – wow! Completely rude and obnoxious. I know! Part of me wants to say "well, when your recipe wins a contest then you'll get yours published too! " Oh man, that would be the perfect line! I would hate for the magazine to stop working with you or something over it though. it's probably best to bite your tongue. Have a friend or pea post it for you.  |

And it looks like she is in the process of a hairflip in the comments! LOL She's freaking out that every one is jumping on her and nit the lady that said that the meat looks stringy and tough. She is basing that on the picture which isn't even mine...lol This is cracking me up. She's telling everyone who said something to get to get a life when she posts six comments in a row defending herself. Thus is priceless, Thanks Peas! |

She must have missed the picky cow who said the peppers looked over cooked! Always makes me laugh when they go on about a photo - it's the recipe that counts and, if you think you can do it better and the idea looks good, you go with it, surely?  (I feel I can say that now I know the photo wasn't yours!!). I read the recipe and will definitely be trying it out - just up my street! |
