Two tipping questions for you:
1. If you are doing a series of procedures where you pay for the entire series upfront (6 sessions of laser hair removal), how much do you tip each session?
2. Do you tip if the MD is the one performing the procedure? (I do not, and it doesn't seem necessary to me - and I am generally one who tips - but wondering what others do.)
