I'm waiting for biopsy results right now and I'm too scared to google it. Has anyone here ever had it? Thanks in advance.

I don't have any experience with stomach cancer, but you certainly will be tucked up safely in my warmest thoughts while you await your results. Wishing for an all clear.

I have no experience, either, but prayers said for peace, comfort and non-cancerous results.

Not me personally but my dad did. He has been cancer free for over 5 years. Lucky that it was caught early enough and it was small. They did go in and perform basically what is equivalent to gastric by pass surgery to remove the portion that they needed to. He did not need radiation or chemo. He was not heavy but did lose some weight initially and then did gain it back.
Feel free to PM me with any other questions and I will try and help.
Hugs, Kim

A good friend of mine has. She also ended up with what practically amounted to a gastric bypass to remove her stomach. She is still alive and kicking! (Though she had some complications.)
Best wishes for a negative biopsy result

My advice, as a caregiver to a cancer patient, is be careful with looking at anything online. ONLY look at sites affiliated with a university, the Mayo Clinic, or MD Anderson, etc. There is a lot of garbage out there.
Also, look at the date of published information. If it isn't within the last year, ignore it. Cancer treatment is advancing on literally a daily basis. New drugs, including immunotherapy are being approved at an astonishing rate.
DH has had renal cancer for ten years. He was initially given a year to live.
I'm with you in spirit and keeping you in my prayers.

No experience, but hoping that the biopsy is clear and no signs of cancer.

Another one holding your hand and keeping you company while you wait. And echoing mikklynn to only look at reputable sources online.

My FIL had stomach cancer. He also had the surgery that removed most of his stomach. I can't remember if he did radiation...I think so...but definitely not chemo. He is deceased now but not from the stomach cnacer.
I will also sit on that bench with you. I'm an 8-year breast cancer survivor. This is the hardest part. Sending you all my best thoughts and prayers for negative results.
