i just order the 3" zyrons....the coupon code worked. I think it's good until the end of August. If I order online, there is no tax. But if I order by phone, there is tax.

Is it always the case that ordering by phone is taxed but ordering online is not?

The no tax on online orders always works for me but when I've posted that reminder, some always disputes that. As far as whether it works on all items I don't know. I was searching the Zyron section and a banner was at the top of the page offering the coupon. Because I know that sept. 2 is a big craft day, I usually start looking at the craft items a few days early as often new stuff starts showing up. But usually, it's smart to wait until the big day as often there will be special prices just for that day. In the case of the Zyron 3" sticker makers, I had kicked myself for not ordering them last craft day and had been curious if they'd shown up.
