hi WW friends!
i was down 0.4 at WI yesterday. I would have loved to see more, but at least it was a loss. I'm traveling this week so i am going to work on making good choices while i am not at home.

I'm in Los Angeles, visiting my mom, but doing okay so far.
On the flight out here, I just ate some beef jerky and an single-serving bag of almonds. For me, that was an accomplishment, as I didn't eat anything before the flight (continuing with intermittent fasting) and it was 5.5 hours in the plane.
I made dinner for my mom in the Instant Pot that I had talked her into getting and that she hasn't been using enough - green beans and then teriyaki chicken breasts - and brown rice on the stovetop, so a nice WW-friendly meal.
I will be off-plan when I visit In n Out today or tomorrow.
I'm hoping that I'll break even or only be up 2 pounds at most for this trip.

Hello everyone! I spent 13 days in London and Paris and have been home for a week. I weighed myself when we first got back and I did not gain a single pound! I did not stick to a diet, but walking 20,000 steps in a day seemed to help me maintain my weight.  So this morning I got on the scale, and have gained 1 pound since I got back. I just kind of fell off the wagon. Time to get back to counting points.

Sounds like you guys are doing well!!!!
I hit the -30 lb mark this past week which was exciting. Today, I'm magically up almost 2 lbs, bringing me into the 28 lb loss total zone. I hate when we hit a new low and then it pings back upward! Argh!
But....I feel I've been navigating things well overall. Definitely weighing, measuring and tracking, tracking, tracking. I've been really committed to fitness and am going to Orange Theory numerous times a week (obsessed!). I definitely feel SO MUCH BETTER about myself since starting WW in March and Orange Theory about 5 weeks ago!!!

I'm in a really sucky place right now. I keep stalling. I keep binge eating. I keep making bad choices.
I suck.
I see people doing so well, and I...well, I suck.
I just had an awful day with my stomach after eating out last night. I think my stomach has just had enough.
I've been okay today, simply because I've been feeling so cruddy.
My meals are prepped for work this week. I'm just going to go back to basics this week and hope things go better than they have.

You are a good, strong, caring woman. Tomorrow is another day. Well , I'm down 2.5 this week & I really feel Like I had a couple of bad days- eating out 2 days where there weren't any good choices & one night of too much wine. So I am pleased to have lost. I have been doing WW for only 6 weeks now & have only lost 6.5 lbs. I thought you generally lose a lot in the beginning, but I didn't. I am encouraged though that I am losing& have not gained. I am also being a lot more active. Thanks for being here with encouragement. I bought myself Distress Oxide inks As a 10 lb. weight prize & I hope to crack those babies open within the next couple of weeks!

I would love to lose 30 pounds in all but I'm only down about 8.5 pounds after 10 weeks!! Some I planned to go off program.... other weeks I ate too much chocolate. I'm learning what this needs to look like long term, but plugging away. Try not to get discouraged and I won't either!
