My face went up in flames three days ago. Lolol. This happened few months ago and i thought it was a new face wash I used. But I think it has to do with the ungodly temperatures in Phoenix and that I am sweating like crazy during work outs . Skin got super dey to the point of peeling. I tried different moisturizers like cetaphil/cerave thinking they are better. Nothing helped and I am seeing my doc tomorrow. But figured before them I can't take this peeling. Tried coconut oil and that didn't help. All of them made me feel like my skin is burning.
Today I remembered I bought this thing called egyptian magic from costco last month but never ised it. Well what do you know? No burning. And the flakyness disappeared a bit. My face is ouly as heck but I would rather be oily than burning.
Any if you use this stuff?

I use it and I love it! It's natural and doesn't have additives, chemicals or fragrance. It does seem a little "greasy" when you first put it on but after a few minutes it soaks into the skin. I don't have a problem with that at all but my teen daughter doesn't really like it. I've never used it on my face just my body.
Costco seems to have a good price on it. I haven't been able to find it cheaper anywhere else.
Ingredients: olive oil, beeswax, honey, bee pollen, royal jelly, bee propolis extract

Beeswax- BEWARE!!!! Can have huge reaction to propolis (Propolis or bee glue is a resinous mixture that honey bees produce by mixing saliva and beeswax with exudate gathered from tree buds, sap flows, or other botanical sources) as another disguise of ingredients as beeswax... I get a huge reaction from "all natural products", from Burt's Bee lip balm. Research it. It's in the EOS lip balms, main ingredient in mascaras.. if your eyes twitch after applying mascara- check out the first ingredients. It will be beeswax. All "natural" doesn't necessarily mean safe.

Thank you. I had no idea. I didn't have any reaction and like I said, it actually helped me. I also don't use mascara and never used the burts bees stuff. So I honestly had no clue. But good to be aware. Thank you.

Thanks for the information. People can have reactions to just about everything - natural or not. I guess it goes without saying. My skin goes crazy over products with anti-bacterial ingredients. I also have a terrible reaction to nickel, much to the dismay of my husband. When he buys me jewelry for gifts it's platinum or high quality gold. My youngest DD has a reaction to bananas and cantaloupe. Best thing to do would be to check the label and stay away from ingredients that are known to give you a reaction.
