Wouldn't it be fun to take Christmas in July just one step further? Wouldn't you love to receive ten hand crafted cards wishing you Merry Christmas? Wondering if anyone is interested in a Christmas in July card exchange? Besides the joy of receiving the cards, we can also gain ideas and inspiration for our own cardmaking whether we are doing it now or in the weeks leading up to Christmas. What I am thinking is that we would form a group of 11 crafters. Each would create 10 cards, one for each of the others in the group. Once we have eleven signed up, I will close the group. When the group is closed, I will PM each participant, asking for your mailing address. I will put together a complete list of names with addresses and PM that to each of the other ten participants. Asking that everyone gets their cards in the mail on or before July 31st... If you would like to participate, just post in this thread, and I will keep a running list by editing this post. I would like to participate please! It will help me get geared up for the 2peas exchange I made 3/4's of mine last year but ran out of steam lol.

No need to make them all the same. You could try out ten different prototypes on us, then settle on one--or more--that you want to use. |

What would the deadline be to send out the cards? Because we are doing this as a fun Christmas in July project, the plan is to have the cards in the mail by the end of July. If there is some reason yours would be mailed a little later, you could just let us know. Did you want to join in? |
