I just posted this in the thread saying their Tim Holtz platform had shipped, but I may as well post it here, too:
I called Marco this morning. They started with the January orders, which started going out yesterday. They are still working on January's orders. Also, although they ordered enough to fulfill ALL the pre-orders, only half their shipment came. They are expecting the rest by Monday. It sounds as though some of the bigger online stores may have gotten theirs shipped first (common in the scrapbook industry).
I did not pre-order till late June, and only one person is available to fill orders right now. She is working as fast as she can. I am not sure if she is the only employee to fill orders because they are small, or if any other employees that would help are on vacation, and I did not ask. She did not tell me a specific time frame to expect mine, but I am not concerned. I know there is one at Marco with my name on it, and I will have it in my hands sooner than later.

Welcome to the board! This is a topic that has already been discussed here a lot. Most of us agree with you at least to some extent. I certainly feel that she should not have received the patent. In the patent application, she did list the WRMK letterpress as being a similar invention. I think another was listed, too, but I'm too lazy to read through all that paperwork and legal jargon again. At this point, MSP is not getting much in the way of business from the gals here. Most of us are far more interested in the Tim Holtz/Tonic stamp press. Some already have one in hand because they ordered the original from England. There are others of us who have pre-ordered it from a U.S. supplier and are anxiously awaiting ours while drooling over the pictures of those who are already enjoying it. I finally pre-ordered mine last night and can't wait! The Tonic stamp press is going forward. MSP will get her day in court if she hasn't already, but I suspect it will backfire on her. She could get her patent revoked. There will be few if any tears for her at this board. She got rather unpleasant with some of the members here who had made their own. Don's looked awesome. MSP demanded he remove pictures of his homemade stamp press. He stood up to her. It definitely did not win her any fans here. However, I think most of us have gotten to the point that our focus is now more about getting our hands on the Tonic stamp press a.s.a.p. It looks amazing! Again, welcome to the board! Thank you for your kind welcome, it completely escaped me that I hadn't even properly introduced myself on these forums. Please forgive my bad manners! I am glad to be among like company where stamp platforms are concerned. I am very happy with the Tonic/Tim Holtz Stamp Platform, but I have now seen that really neat bundle from WRMK with the interchangeable cover plates for different techniques and I am now thinking about buying that one, too! I don't want to seem greedy or as if I am dissatisfied with my Tonic platform--I am just super-duper curious about those interchangeable cover plates on the WRMK press! lol

There is a discussion over on SCS about the WRMK bundle if you are interested in hearing the opinions of some who have recently received it.
