MerryMom what were you supposed to receive for your $25? I would be seriously pissed if I spent money and never received what I paid for. It was that I could buy items at reduced rate plus others could order through me

I am a simple scrapper. My favorite period was probably 2005-2007 when Simple Scrapbooks magazine was popular. I prefer cardstock, pattern paper, and maybe some embellishments thrown on a page. I don't see the value in this kit. Is it Project Life with those cards? Scrapbooking for regular 12x12 pages or is it for card making? I guess it is all, but not enough in any category to wow me. It seems like it would be best if these were sold in separate club offerings. I don't think there's too many people who want all three.

MerryMom, did they refund your money? Did those who paid the $300.00 get anything back? That seems like a scam, IMO.

Would many of us feel good sending a card that looked as simple as the one in the top right or bottom left for that much money?

That's the chance I took when I signed up. I bought some things for myself at my discount. I was just disappointed that she didn't come up with anything new after several months. Then she started to do canvas exchange for a few months then nothing new for almost a year, now this. Others who signed up for the CEO level will have to weigh in.

Would many of us feel good sending a card that looked as simple as the one in the top right or bottom left for that much money? I actually love simple scrapbooking and simple cards. Call me lazy, but the thought of sending a card that is most likely going to be thrown away, makes me want to produce a card quickly! I actually like the look of the one in the bottom left, but NOT spending that much money on a kit.

But for cards like the ones shown, I can use my LITERAL scraps. Not spend $50+ a month on a kit that makes the cards that look like a cardstock base w/a few simple die cuts or a 3x4 card stuck on.

I'm also a simple scrapper and share your scrapbooking style (I started in 1999 with really basic tools and expanded in 2005 when I was invited to CM and SU parties).

What happened with her Youngevity line? Is that what it was called? Lisa has done a lot of great things for the industry, but I don't really think of her as a product innovator. That said, I watched the video and thought the patterns were cute. Wouldn't pay that much for them, but they are cute enough. I was at CKC Lancaster and she was there with some of her Youngevity/Heritage Maker lines. My daughter actually won the door prize from her booth. We didn't even realize until later that it was her that gave us my daughter's prize. She was soo very nice.

As much as I love Lisa Bearnson and her colorful styled layouts from the old QVC days, I'll pass on this. It seems like a step backwards for her! This looks like something held over from her QVC heyday. Not fresh at all. She was a good magazine editor but her "designs" have always left me with "meh". She's never been a trend-setter. She is always trying to figure out what the next trend will be and get in front of it. And her ever-changing, lack of commitment...nothing here for me.
