I was just driving to a local farm and bought fresh strawberries. My car smelled like fresh strawberries the whole way home!
1. This time of year for strawberries because they are incredible.
2. Our weather. It isn't hot nor cold. It is amazing.
3. The texture of my hair (don't laugh)

My son got prescribed a new antidepressant and I am noticing a difference.
I bought pretty new underwear today.
I am spending Thursday through Sunday at a lake house with my mom, my sister, and our children. I am really looking forward to my mini vacation.

My living room. It's comfy and cosy but also light and airy. My friend always remarks how much he loves it when he comes to visit. My kids. My DD is in London with her GF, they went to Pride yesterday and had a great day. DD is moving in with her GF next month. My DS has been in Florida for three weeks finally meeting the girl he has chatted to online for the last three years. And they are in love.  My mojo! I've been making lots of lovely cards (when Turriff allows me to sit at my desk), and I'm really pleased with how they're turning out. I may even attempt to scrapbook this week. Gasp! |

Spent a lovely, lazy Sunday with my family including my little grandson who is a total ray of sunshine. England is actually enjoying a reasonable summer this year. My sitting room is full of the scent from the flowers Dh bought me  |

My wonderful niece who I love more than anything is going to make me a great aunt in January!
My nephew (her brother) got married yesterday and it was beautiful.

My daughters high school Pom team just had a successful UDA dance camp: 1st place in category, all superior ratings and their 1st ever bid to Nationals. My daughter and her BFF talking to me about a million details of camp on the 2 hour drive home  (they're 16, so it could have been either way 😂) I got to cuddle my nephew today, if even only for a few minutes. He's 6 weeks old. |

My kids. They are great people and I am so proud of them. Bonus: they are friends with each other and spend a lot of time together!
My house. I spent time this week de-cluttering and I love it! I also got new living room furniture and my new mattress comes this week!
My job. I LOVE my job and the people Iwork with!

2. I took my Jeep out of a nice drive and to play Pokemon Go with the kids
3. and we went to the local ice cream joint for milkshakes

1. I just got finished painting a beast of a buffet cabinet. Tomorrow I will put the finish wax on it.
2. As soon as my son walks in the door, we are headed to the lake for the rest of the evening.

1. Things with my husband are really great right now after a little slump the past few years.
2. I've lost 23 pounds (so far) and I'm able to branch out and wear some new things.
3. I've been exercising and feel much more at home in my body. It feels great.
4. (Have to add this one...I was able to bring my a1c down from 8.5 in March to 6.3 at the end of June. I have more weight to lose and more to learn about self-control and eating correctly, but I am really pleased, and so is my doctor!)

1. My brand new living room ceiling. It was an old, many cracks, popcorn ceiling that is now all new and smooth. So worth the huge mess.
2. I feel very fortunate to have such a close relationship with my 16 yo dgs. I love him to pieces.
3. Me. I like myself to a healthy degree. 😊

1. My husband...he has totally redone one of our spare rooms. He turned it into my craft room. Plus he re-did the closet so I can see all of my pretty clothes.Totally custom for me.
2. The weather, I love the warm but not humid weather. We are loving using our pool right now. The beach night fireworks,ferry rides, ice cream, walks on the boardwalk and summer day trips.
3. My youngest, so proud of watching her volunteer her time, try new things and coming into her own.

That a new crafters store has opened in the tiny little FL town which only has about 350 people.

Our school has had a dance team for years, but until my daughter and her friends joined as freshmen (juniors now) the team was horrible.... seriously horrible. No actual dancers ever joined. Local coaches and teams have been caught off guard the last couple of years. The original goal was to try for nationals as seniors, but when we got 2nd in State last year, dancers/parents/coaches decided this was the year to try. First trip to UDA camp, and we came out in 1st place! Taking down a team that placed in the top 10 at nationals last year! It's a very big, overwhelming deal to my daughter, who used to dance at a toxic studio. She has found a place that is Home to her, and they are killing it! |

1. Had a wonderful 4th of July with my sister and her husband. Love them. We have so much fun together.
2. Middle son and his wife and our three grandchildren have been visiting us from Ohio the last week. Haven't seen my grandchildren in the flesh for two years and I''m enjoying them so much. And it's been so much fun to have all three of my kids and grandkids together in one place again. It doesn't happen often.
3. I'm so happy for my oldest daughter and her family who left yesterday for Hawaii for the next week enjoying some much deserved vacation time. Life is good for all of my family right now and I'm grateful.

1. We are in Philadelphia for a college tour tomorrow and we just spent a few enjoyable hours walking around seeing tons of little kids playing in a sprinkler park (Dilworth Park?), had a great dinner at Bud & Marilyn's.
2. My dog, as always, was a basket case when she realized when we took the left fork in the road that means we are going to "dog camp" instead of the right fork, which means a "pup cup" at the ice cream place. My dog sitter texted me a picture 5 minutes after we left of Posie chillin' in the swimming pool.
3. I just scheduled a 90 minute deep tissue massage for the day I get back, because my whole body has been wonky for a couple of weeks and I don't want to be feeling off for our vacation.
