I bit the bullet this year and purchased one. I probably shouldn't have (I don't cook.) I don't even know how to use one but it gets rave reviews everywhere.
Can anyone recommend a beginners cookbook I looked on Amazon but didn't know which one would be best.

I am not sure about cookbook recommendations but I joined a few Facebook groups/pages for Instant Pot recipes.

There are so many recipes on Pinterest. When my sister first got her pressure cooker she went to YouTube and watched a video of someone starting one up and she then made something in hers. I thought it was kind of intimidating to use mine at first but once you do it a few times you think nothing of it. I'm going to recommend making mac and cheese in it for a first recipe. I'll find the recipe I use and add it to this. lmacaroni and cheese
Sometimes we'll pour it into a baking dish and bake it in the oven before serving. I started using half & half instead of heavy cream and there is no difference in it. My kids love this. |

I bought one this year and ordered 2 cook books and returned them both. The Facebook groups were a better resource.
