I had no idea Pam Case was on this episode. She is local to me. But so excited cause we have an appointment with her in August. She is doing a day event at a local pet boutique. This episode definitely made it seem hokey. It may be all bs but I'm so curious as to what she might read from Ollivander and if Rocky or Snickers, our two Cockers that passed this year, come through. If that happens I expect buckets of tears. Has anyone ever been to a pet psychic??

I took our older dog to a pet psychic at an event years ago when he first came to live with us. I told the psychic only his name and that was it. The psychic said that our dog's heart was separated from his soul due to the terrible first years of life he had. He also said a woman was always tugging on his collar. Well, he is a rescue and was one of 100 dogs from a hoarders home so he did have an awful life at the beginning. From the beginning and to this day (10 years later) he doesn't like being touched on his neck or head from behind. Good luck with your reading - can't wait to hear about it.

Oh poor guy. Glad he found a good home with you though. Ollie and Grady are rescues. Our first experience with rescuing. Ollie definitely had some type of trauma but I think it was with other dogs not humans. He is extremely affectionate and cuddly with us. But VERY food possessive. So we'd like to get some insight on that if possible. We are beginning work with a trainer for them both in August. Recent trip for sno cones.

I feel confident in saying these people are charlatans and are not really speaking with dead pets. While it's possible someone might believe they are able to communicate with the dead, whether human or animal, most "psychics" are dishonest and use a combination of techniques including plants in the audience and knowledge of non-verbal communication to tell people what they want to hear.

I am not familiar with the show or the psychic you mentioned but I am interested in hearing about your experience...I hope you update us after meeting with her. I know there are some fakes out there but I also believe there are some that truly have that gift. Let us know how it goes.

So we'd like to get some insight on that if possible. We are beginning work with a trainer for them both in August. Recent trip for sno cones. My first as an adult dog was a cocker spaniel. We loved him with all our hearts. He lived just short of 17 years. He was amazing. He came from an amish puppy mill (didn't know any better back then) The food possessiveness that he had was awful to the point he stole a full chicken wing and swallowed it full. We now have two Huskies that are so chill with food its a complete turn around and hard to get used to. But the one husky is so much like our cocker spaniel was, I often wonder... (maybe from watching a dog's purpose) If I thought my DH wouldn't think I've lost my mind, I'd love to go to a Pet Psychic, just to see what they have to say.
I love seeing you post about your cockers, I still miss mine terribly after 4 years.
Good luck and please let us know what she has to say

I had a reading several years ago for me, and in addition to reading for me pretty accurately, my dog that died prematurely at age 5 from metastatic liver and spleen cancer came through.
I had been feeling guilty because I was consumed with grief after Sandy Hook and this made me less aware and attentive about how sick she really was--she was snowshoeing with me on Sunday and we put her down the following Tuesday, two months after Sandy Hook. It made me distraught that she might have been in a lot of pain and suffering and I didn't notice. I didn't solicit any information about my dog and the psychic wouldn't have known I even had a dog. The psychic basically reassured me she didn't have any resentments and she is OK.
