I have only seen them in scrap areas of stores. Perhaps jewelry, but those have to be beads.

They are available at the dollar store here, in the craft section. Otherwise, maybe in the craft section of stores like Joann's, Michaels, not with the scrapbooking stuff but in with the general crafty stuff, like where sequins are?

I have those in several colors. I got some for $1.00 a card at a convention, but Michaels has tons of them.

eBay, from China. They are super cheap. Seriously, like 99 cents and up for a bunch (and I mean a TON). I always use Buy It Now, and I can only think of a couple instances in the last few years where I didn't get something I bought. 99% of the time it gets to me eventually, you just have to be patient. You will seriously find some amazing deals on these kind of scrappy things, things that I've seen Jolee's sell as stickers for 12 buy you can buy about 100 without adhesive for $5 with free shipping. Also, search Nail Rhinestones for lots of little decorations that are perfect for card making and scrapbooking.

It seems like if you find embellishments labeled for scrapbooking, they triple in price.

She bought a ton of really cool sequins from some lady in China for super cheap. It did take forever for them to show up though. LOL The phrase "slow boat from China" is so true!
