I just need to vent a little, so it's probably best to ignore me.  I am so sick and tired of catty assed woman making snarky comments in a I'm so much better than you way, or my life is so much better, or I'm all that, or whatever the subject of the day is. And then there is the one who gets her ass out of joint and HAS to comment every single time somebody has an opinion or makes a comment that offends her. I seriously just want to tell her that it's not all about you, there are other people here, we all have differing opinions, and they're not all directing them to you personally. So she'll make her comments, then people will come in and say, oh I wasn't talking about you, please keep on being wonderful, even after she's pretty much ripped them a new one, and they weren't even referring to her. We get to hear about her lovely new home, how well her kids are doing, how wonderful her husband is, she sucks up to the top people in the organization, pouts when she doesn't get her way, makes "suggestions" and then gets pissy if everybody doesn't tell her how wonderful they are. Gah!!!! I'm stuck with this (it's a community group project that I've been on since March) until the end of September, and it can't get here soon enough for me. I have so far,  managed to not vocalize what I'm really thinking, but in my dreams I tell her on the very last day how irritating she is. |

I don't understand your vent.....clearly she's an amazing person, everyone else knows it  My vent is crappy customer service and annoying people. Last night I had to drive 20 minutes, each way, to exchange a pizza they had f'ed up. It was totally raw, gooey dough in the middle. How did they react when I called? The manager said "we put it through the oven"....I don't deny that, but I'm telling you it's raw. Instead of offering to deliver a new one, or hell even saying "I'm sorry", I had to drive up there to bring the raw pizza back and get a cooked one. Not a single apology, no free cookies, or anything for my inconvenience. Today I had to return to Walmart to have them replace my oil cap they broke when doing my oil change last week (at least they apologized). While there I smiled at the Mennonite women there getting tires or whatever, they had a cute baby. Anyhow, we both leave at the same time. I get to my car first, get in and patiently wait while they load up their groceries and baby (they were parked right next to me). They leave their f'in shopping cart right there, at the back corner of their car, next to the back corner of my car. I had to get out and move it because I couldn't make it out of my spot without hitting it. W.T.F. (no, it doesn't matter that they were Mennonite, except that I guess I expected better of them.....I admit it's probably prejudice of me). |

I am going for pelvic floor physiotherapy. It is awkward. I thought I had made real progress in the last 2 weeks. I didn't. At all. She promised me it will help, though. The good news is I don't have a lower back problem but referred pain and with stronger muscles it will go away. How long will that take?

My AC broke last week just before major heat wave. We had to have it and furnace replaced. Of course, today, the day it's finallly working, it's only 78.
My DH calls just as I was headed to lunch to tell me he had chest pain and broke out in a cold sweat. He was in the middle of boo foo nowhere and drove back home 30+ miles to ER. he's fine, but we had to wait several hours so they could check his cardiac enzymes.
We were up at my mom's place this weekend to load up the remaining belongings and it was hard, sweaty work. Then yesterday, we unloaded the truck and put it all in our garage. We needed everything out because the closing was 7/31. Brother just called to say the sellers backed out. Our realtor talked to theirs and the people won't give reason. Nothing showed up on the inspection. We may have dodged a bullet; the buyer's realtor told ours that she is done with this couple and won't work with them anymore.
My house is an utter disaster and I have zero desire to do anything.

A friend of mine posted something on Facebook about how he attracts "crazy, bipolar" girls. None of the women he has dated have suffered from mental illness. I posted and told him that was offensive. He deleted my comment. He texted me and I told him I don't appreciate being referred to as crazy. That I didnt find his post funny at all. And that mental illness isn't a joke. He totally sent me this comedy sketch about how people are too pc. I didn't text him back.
But then something incredible happened. My DH saw his post and he posted that his wife is bipolar and my friend would be lucky to find a woman like me. So I'm still mad at my friend, but absolutely in love with my husband.

our microwave died after 35 yrs. first new one we bought from best buy--arrived damaged (just it, not the box), had to return it.. not even an apology. dh ordered another kind from amazon.. doesn't fit. have to figure out returning it. now I think I will just try to go to stores to find one.. the problem is that the space for it is very shallow.. and only GE's fit.. and they have terrible reviews.. and expensive. so I am going to try finding a cheap small one..that will fit our dinner plates.
it has been a month without one. such a first world problem.

F---ing rain!! I am DONE>. Last year we had none..this year..way too much I'm over it too. We've had a wet summer, and I don't feel like I've enjoyed very much of it because of all the rain. We do a lot of summer get togethers with our friends, we have a huge backyard and just re-did our fire pit area and there it sits, pretty much neglected. But on the bright side, we have played a lot of games on the Wii and played a lot of old board games. |

My computer is acting crazy & I really don't want to replace it but it looks like I may have to. I'm just trying to manage until my brother gets back. They'll be staying with my parents for about a week before they move into their new house about 90 minutes away. He has a much better understanding of technology than I do.

Happy Birthday from us! We can always count on KelleeM to have a cake for us on our special day. My vent is that I took off this week to clean out and organize 3 rooms in my house, and I woke up with a headache that had me laying down most of the day. I got very little done. Then I worked all weekend on a sewing commission that was supposed to give me $150 that I wanted to use for my fall getaway deposit, and the person said they don't have the money right now. And I'm trying to shop for a new washing machine and I can't find one that doesn't have negative reviews. The new high efficiency washers are confusing to me. |

My cat has now had 4 urinary blockages since April 30th. He came home on Saturday after the last one and may be blocking again already. I think surgery will have to be our next step, and DH isn't really on board, because they can't promise 100% positive results.

The same thing happened when we sold MIL's house. The buyers were all over it, wanted a quick close. Then bam!, they cancelled the contract. No reason. They're Realtor mentioned to ours that this wasn't the first time. It was their first purchase and she thought they were getting cold feet. She (their Realtor) said she was going to tell them to find someone else. And I'm glad your DH is doing OK. |

Monday vent- tired of not having a car. We are down to 1 car for the 3 of us and I can't drive it (manual). I wish my new car was ready so I could finish the Audi buyback. I can't drive my car because it's acting up.
And the other half of the vent is Audi and VW screwed up and broke the law lying about the deisel emissions so why are the customers the one having to jump through all the hoops?!? It's just so frustrating.

I'm so tired of our lives being on hold because of your PT job that you can't quit because you are over $15 grand in debt. Between both your FT and PT jobs you work every day never a weekend off. If we want to do anything on a weekend it's between your split hours at your PT job.
You were all pissed off because we weren't up and ready to go so that got us the silent treatment so mature.
You just got back from a 10 day vacation with no kids wife or responsibilities so WTH do you have to be miserable about?!?!?
I don't understand taking a trip half way around the world for 10 days but what evs you're stupid but I said to at least go and buy a point and shoot camera so you'd have decent photos of the trip you are in debt for but nope. WTF do I know. 3/4's of your photos are blurry you stubborn moron!

I think you need a sit down discussion with all three of them. It sounds mean, but next time the kids ask for money or a ride or whatever, the answer is NO. Then calmly tell them it's not a one way street in your family. They show some love and appreciation or fend for themselves. |

I am annoyed with people calling in sick and leaving long, detailed descriptions of their illness. I have told everyone, "I'm not feeling well today." is more than enough information! If these people leave important information at the end of their message, I won't get it, because I hang up as soon as they start describing their illness.
