This is why I shouldn't check email when my husband wakes me up with his snoring at 1am. I may have placed my first MFT online order. Oops.

Because I did the same thing 😂 I need to resist the urge to go back and see if there's anything I want that I missed. There will be another sale...at least that's what I'm telling myself. 😃

from their fb page. A Note from Kim: Many of you are aware of the website hiccups we experienced last night during our July Kit Release and the coinciding Annual Retirement Sale. We experienced an unprecedented amount of traffic, close to quadruple our norm, and our servers could not handle it. Our tech team employed additional resources to relieve the congestion, but that process took time. It is crucial to us that every part of your shopping experience and every interaction you have with My Favorite Things be outstanding. From the highest quality products, delightful packaging, and legendary customer service, we want you to know that you are more than important to us; you are vital to our future. We pride ourselves as a company that treats our customers like family. As such, we are gifting each of you with a $10 discount code and hope you will give us another opportunity to take excellent care of you. This was an unusual occurrence, but we understand you were impacted, and that matters to us. I know this may not make up for the time spent or the frustration encountered, but it is my sincere desire that you will recognize how deeply regretful we are, and how important it is that we provide something greater than words alone to show you that we care, and that we are listening. The coupon code is $10GIFT, and is valid on any future order until August 31st, 2017. Our site only allows one coupon code per order, and this code covers in-stock items only. You must be logged into your MFT account to use the coupon code.

I used to LOVE MFT Now they have changed their shipping rates and cheapest shipping to Australia is $50 USD which translated to over $70 AUD at current rates So no more orders from their website for me

I want to order so badly from this MFT sale, but shipping $80 worth of stamps and dies is $36 Canadian - which is crazy because the same stuff from Simon Says Stamp would cost me $7.99 to ship, but they don't have the 50% off sale. Aaaargh! SaveSave

Aaaargh! SaveSaveThat sucks!! I'm in Canada too, but I ended up getting everything sent to my sister's house in the US, because I know I'll be going to visit her soon. I hate paying for shipping in general (it cuts into my crafting budget!), but it's even worse when the rates are so high for Canada

I was so impressed with their service, and I loved their packaging (the box was adorable). The only problem is that their condo is empty now until November, so my package would just sit there if I had it sent there now It's so great to have a US connection for taking advantage of this stuff when you can, though!

I got it finally. Somehow I kept getting logged out every time I'd put an item in my cart. Once I realized it, I just waited until I was done. I wish I would have seen this when the sale first came out, though!

Glad you got it to work! I have to wait until the next cc cycle (which is after 8-3) so I hope I don't forget.
