Did you end up buying new stamps as a result?
After getting my Tonic stamp platform, I watched a few videos for cool techniques to use. I not only watched videos of the Tonic stamp platform, but also of the MISTI, because the techniques would work regardless of which stamp platform are used, and I wanted to see if there were any different techniques shown.
After I saw Jennifer McGuire's videos showing layering with Altenew stamps (a company I had not heard of before), I had to check out their site and ended up ordering a few.
Altenew makes some very pretty layering stamp sets.

Yes, ma'am. I watched a video with Concord & 9ths Triangle Turnabout stamp. I had no reason to watch it. The technique is specific to that stamp, and the stamp was created especially for the MISTI, and I absolutely will not purchase a MISTI. And then i had to order the stamp. Which is just big enough that it won't work with the Hampton Art knockoff press, but it works just fine with my DIY version. And now they've come out with a couple of other turnabout stamps, and I did ended up getting another stamp.
I really need to stop watching videos in general. I always ALWAYS see something that I think I need. Last night I was watching one, and I have everything that she used in the video and I STILL came up with something else I think I need.

It's not just me, then. And I really have no excuse, since I have so many stamps.
I do think the Tonic platform will help me use my stamps more consistently.
