He has no freaking clue how much I spend. Not that I buy a lot to begin with but as long as the bills are paid and there is food in the fridge and pantry it's all good in his world.

Spree, I love your avatar!! (one of my favorite candies from growing up!!)
My BF is the one who does the bills and balances the bank account (which is a joint account). We don't really 'budget' but we talk about it every once in a while... lol! He will sometimes comment on my shopping, as I'm currently in an 'accumulation' phase and not a 'creating' phase, but I don't have the time or inspiration to scrap regularly. I shop for when I do have the time. At least that's what I tell myself, anyway-- lol! He will comment occasionally, but that's because he knows I sometimes see shopping as 'mental therapy' and not just because I need a supply.

He doesn't mind as I don't spend too much on scrap stuff. His hobbies are a lot more money so he isn't one to complain!

I don't think mine has a clue what I spend or what I own. He's never mentioned it in 13 years. I keep the money I get from my job in a separate checking account and he pays all the bills with his money. That makes me sound really spoiled but what I make is my fun money and my daughter and I eat out with it and I buy her clothes and my clothes and pay for vacations, etc.

I'm more concerned with how much I spend than he is. I'm the frugal one. I realize that I'm not as into scrapping as I used to be and my stash is a bit overwhelming as it is so I don't buy much these days. He encourages me to buy supplies because he knows it makes me happy. He's a sweetie.

May I suggest the FB Project Group? You decide the number of projects before you spend money again, or you just say I can spend $X per month if I complete [HASH] of projects. I see it as a catalyst to just get you scrapping. I did 50, made it to 46ish. But this year I'm currently at 88 layouts and 16 cards which is super great for me and I'm in the middle of a move where we're doing it ourselves. My DH is an enabler.

I'm sure mine doesn't truly know how much I spend...he knows it's spendy, but not how spendy! Having said that, mine is 100% supportive. He thinks the albums are valuable, enjoys them, (has made 3 layouts himself thru the years!) and fully supports the memory keeping. He's a keeper
