So my dd is going to her first homecoming dance at the end of September. She keeps looking on Pinterest and finding these cute dresses....on sites that are in China or are old etsy listings. I've even looked on ebay and just done some quick Google searches. All I've found there are either super, duper short and quite low cut or they are in China. I'm not risking my $$ on buying a dress outside of the US nor am I willing to risk not getting it in time or at all for that matter. Where are some good sites online? Any good brands you can suggest looking for? I don't really want to spend over $120 or so either. I'd be thrilled to spend less than $100! meredith

I got my daughters dress this year from Nordstrom. They have a junior homecoming section online.

Dang, I deleted all my links to prom dress sites. My dd DID end up ordering a dress from China for Prom last yr. It came in plenty of time, and it was actually fit to a tee! and cheap!! other places I got dresses for my girls were ebay, and in your area most areas have FB groups for formal dresses/prom dresses. Dillards and nordstroms are good. Look for end of the yr from last yr's.

Envy BoutiqueWe do shop at envy from time to time and I don't think she normally carries homecoming dresses...at least not the sparkly ones my dd wants. Homecoming is WAY different from when I was in HS. m

We go to a local shop that sells prom dresses etc. you could also check bridal shops. Short bridesmaid dresses are in right now and a lot of them are more casual.
