look like the could have been put out by Cosmo Cricket in their heyday. Fancy Pants used to be one of my favorite brands and then they sort of lost me for a while. But I am really starting to warm up to them again with this new look. (always loved Cosmo Cricket too, but they seem to be disappearing.

Now that I look at it, I think you're right! It's also darker, even more distressed looking than their stuff has been. I have the new Everyday Circus in front of me and the colors are much more muted than they looked online. Not a criticism, but just more old-school Cosmo Cricket looking.

I love Cosmo Cricket as well and thought that when I first saw Burlap and Bouquets.

I never thought of Cosmo Cricket's colors as muted...more just really rich and saturated. If you take their papers out into natural light, they are often brighter than you think. And look at the "Delovely" line. I'm convinced that that line started the trend toward neon in scrapbooking. |

I've liked a lot of the new FP too, but just like Cosmo cricket, only about 50% of the pp is to my style. Good to hear ipthat the colours are more muted IRL because I prefer the brighter colours so may not order it.
