I posted over a month ago about my dishwasher and Kitchen Aid mixer breaking. And then my husband's car broke down. And the lawn mower. Then the food processor (but dh did manage to get that one fixed.) Then we had a blow out on the van and had to buy two new tires. 10 days later, another flat tire caused us to have to get two more new tires. Last night our tv decided to stop recognizing the antenna signal so I can't watch any broadcast tv and we don't have cable. We only have the one television in the house. And this morning DH's car broke down again. I just keep wondering what's next? And why did it all have to break down this summer when I have no money to fix anything? I'm still washing dishes by hand and living without my mixer. Our lawn looks like crap. I'm just so tired of this year. It's been one big mess from start to finish.

Thanks for the sympathy. It has really be one stressed out summer. If the wedding wasn't enough, everything breaking has just added on to that. I'm having a horrible time finding full time work that pays decently so I'm still working part time.
anyway, it's not pretty.

I hope things look up for you soon. I've had the year of Broken Pets and Parts. I'm falling apart and so are my pets. Every time I turn around either a doctor, a lab, or a vet is ready to take our money.

Guess what? My Kindle Keyboard just died this morning.
Not. even. kidding.
I'm stuck at school subbing eighth grade with no reading material.

When a Kindle e-reader dies the screen gets this weird streaky thing where it doesn't completely erase the screen or load the new one. Mine is doing that. I've tried resetting it and the screen doesn't even full blank. From what I've heard this means it's gone and there is no bringing it back.
