Scrapnstamp and my Tim Holtz platform

I cannot say enough about Scrapnstamp.ca!
I preordered the Tim Holtz stamp platform in February. We all know how that went. 😉
So you know my excitement when I got a shipping notice on July 27th that it was on its way!
Now, I live in a small rural town, so packages take a bit longer to get here. But after two weeks of stalking my mailbox, last Wednesday I emailed Scrapnstamp to inquire about tracking. Raya checked with Canada Post and when they let her know they couldn't track the package, she dropped another one in the mail for me. I received it today!
i think that's awesome! If the first one does turn up I'll send it back to Raya, but she didn't hesitate to replace the missing parcel.
I thought I would give her a shout out on the great service!
