I'd treat them just like beef. Roll in a little seasoned flour, fry until brown on all sides. Brown up chopped onion and then add chicken broth. Cover and simmer for about an hour and then thicken the sauce Adjusting seasoning. Cook noodles, toss with pork and gravy... done!
