Hi all, I am sorry for the frustrations caused with the shipments of your December Daily® Kits. Our team communicated that the these would be shipping last week, and we failed to complete the shipments in that timeframe for two reasons (1) it took longer than anticipated and (2) yesterday morning we experienced a system error with the warehouse management system. It was down for everyone who uses that software and prevented any orders from being shipped for a large portion of the day. We are back at it this morning and are in the process of completing the shipments for the December Daily® orders. We will be sending communication to everyone still waiting letting them know that their order has shipped. As far as the "active" orders arriving previous to the shipping notice-- this was a communication error with UPS's system with our warehouse system, and should now be sorted out. If your order was showing active, and has not been marked at shipped and you already have your order, please let me know! Again, I am sorry for the frustrations this has caused. Please let me know if I can assist in any other way or provide clarity. We appreciate your support! katiejaeger I highlighted your words so there's no miscommunication. A lot of people have received their orders before their shipping notice. You say it should be sorted out by now, meaning orders have been automatically updated to "shipped", I suppose. But you are still asking people for whom that hasn't worked to report it, right? So what if they don't report they already got their orders? It looks like the program is not going to tell you and you'll have to ship another. Or have I misunderstood?

If you've used them, did you print your images out on photo paper at home, or did you use a photo printing service? Was using them worth the effort? Thanks!

It looks like this. Based on the message from last Friday I expected it to arrive Monday. I did have deliveries both Saturday and Sunday from the Post Office with Amazon items. 10/17/2017 6:22 A.M. Received by the local post office 10/16/2017 9:26 A.M. Package transferred to post office So you should receive it today or tomorrow based on that.

I have used both of those companies templates. At the time (last Christmas) my Target was printing 6x8 photos so I sent them to Target and had them printed. I am not sure my Target still offers 6x8 (I should check that) but I also have my own photo printer so I would be open to using that as well if I had to. SaveSave

I haven't received a single e-mail from AE / DD stuff about this at all the entire time, where some people were receiving the "good news" e-mails last week. The message that was re-posted on IG? I've never changed my settings for e-mails from AE, but since Inked constantly has these issues, that could be part of it? I'll shoot you an e-mail as well about the status of my order and what the expected ship date is for my package since it still shows "active". Thanks.

The internationals are definitely more calm than I am in this situation and I don't have to wait 4 weeks for my stuff to arrive AND possibly have customs on top of it. Another person commented that Ali sent Internationals out first intentionally. I replied no.....no she didn't as not all internationals have even been shipped. I’ve been looking at the Felicity Jane website at the Joy kit. I really wish I could afford to buy the kit and album to use on a previous year (since I’ve got plenty for this year already), but I just can’t justify the expense at this point in the game. Oh well, maybe next year she’ll get her kit done sooner. I’m considering buying a few of the pieces separately, but I can’t decide. I really want the stamps, they look like a good size for stamping at the top of a 3x4 journaling card. I’ve already bought more stamps than I should have this year though 🤦♀️ I can’t even imagine how much December Daily stuff I would buy if money weren’t an issue 😳🙈😂
