My DD order is still only showing active. 😭😭😭I am international and had my order in within the first hour, before most people even got the site working. Of course almost everything I ordered then sold out, so my biggest fear is a week in "sorry we're all out"....

Shoot, forgot about FYC this am so I missed out on the stamp all alone. I went ahead and ordered the kit though, I do like the cards and the chipboard, but I really wanted that Christmas tree stamp! oh crud!! I would have sold you my stamp. I want the rest of the kit, but I'm not a stamper. Anyone want to buy the stamp off me? There are several people on fyc ig asking if they will restock the countdown stamp if you want to contact them ! I didn't give them your peas name in case you didn't want me to.

After the initial ordering closed (and the main kit was sold out) - once shipping started the main kit came back in stock. But orders hadn't shipped yet. So how did they know there were extras to re-list? And will there will any extra's for those whose orders get messed up? I dunno. If I didn't have my order already then I would be worried. SaveSave

I just got tracking and shipping info for my package that arrived last Friday. Seriously the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. This just happened to me today too. I got an email with tracking info 5 hrs ago yet my DD arrived last Friday. Ridiculous.

Non sub prices for fj are $60 for the kit or $85 with an album ( I think ) I bought the bits I liked and with extras of the paper and the word stickers, there were quite a few bits that weren't my style The hip kit sneaks are fantastic. I know I will want it all Do you recall how much the album alone was? eta- duh! I could have done the math Can you guess how many days in a row I have been home with my kids watching Disney Jr. in the past week!? I think they were listed as 25 each

I ordered in the first hour as well, but am not international, so there's no rhyme or reason that I can see. :X The IG person for DD is in DMs with me about CS replies and no eta. I'll let you know if I hear anything definitive. I'm concerned about them not including my entire order as well, especially since we are now over a week past the first person shipping. On a fantastic note though - my FYC order was purchased yesterday around 8AM and will arrive on Thursday! THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW and I already received my free digitals! /happy dance

I'm torn about the FJ kit. Now that I see the full kit, I don't like it as much as I thought I would. I mean it's pretty, but I'm not really crazy about the colors. I like the green, but I was hoping for some brighter colors. And not sure why but I'm dying for some cutesy Christmas stuff right about now. So I don't know if I'll get any of it. I thought about getting only the things I want but then it's pretty close to the price of the full kit and then it's just much more cost effective to purchase the whole kit. I'll have to think about it some more. If it sells out before I make up my mind, I think I'd be ok with that.

KP sent out an email - her kits are available noon (Eastern) on Friday [subscribers still get early access]. If you use the word "Bundle" in the notes section, they'll hold it to ship out with your kit the following week.
I like the stamps in the kits, but I'm waffling on the 3x8 album. It looks like just enough extra work to make not do the project...
She's also bringing back a couple stamp sets from previous years - thankfully,I think I already own them! 😉💸

Still no package. I don't understand. I ordered in the first hour and people all over have received their boxes. It's frustrating. I want/NEED it now. lol Hopefully today.
The tracking with UPS is weird. It is not like other items I order from online stores. It has been at my " local post office" since Friday. Which doesn't seem right. Checked this morning and it is still not " out for delivery". See what happens when I get home tonight.

So, I did get a shipping notice and was amongst the first on here to receive one. Except my parcel wasn't handed over to UPS for five days. Talk about a mess. People not getting any shipping info but getting their parcel surprise-delivered. Others getting shipping info but then having their parcel stay behind in the warehouse. Not cool. That's what happened to me the last few times I ordered (from MMSale and AliMegaSale). I thought that was their new way of dealing with too many packages. Well, this just adds another mystery to the 2017 DD shippping.

I just went back to my original DD order e-mail and it was placed Wed, Sep 6, 2017 at 1:53 PM CST. Remember the issues loading and ordering and double/triple orders? My order #551338 confirmation and the last update on Ali's site shows my status as: active and "Placed at: 10/09/17 11:24PM" when they started changing us all from "Pre-Ordered". Perhaps by having a list of order# and dates, we can sort out their shipping?

(a Thyroid medicine with a new formula just for us French. Nobody knew about the change and people have been having severe side effects. On Facebook, someone commented they ordered during the very first hour it went live and are still waiting for a shipping notice. Is anyone else this close to cancelling their order? I spent an awful lot on Christmas/DD supplies. I'm seriously fed up with trying to make sense of all this mess while they pretend everything is under control.

My tracking number is now showing as a working number and says my package still needs to ship but with an arrival date of tomorrow so we shall see. They stated that a handful of packages didn't process last week like they had hoped do to a technical issues with the shipping system. I heard back from Ali's team this morning and Katie also got back to me after I had contacted her.

My order is about 170 dollars, which is crazy, and I can't even get an answer on whether it will be USPS or UPS. I actually feel rather ignored.

So here's the deal: every year Ali has some big issue with December Daily. It should not be this hard to order supplies for a December kit. At some point Ali needs to look around and figure out who is dropping the ball every year because it is costing her customers and money. While people may forgive once or twice, Ali is using up all of her 'oops' passes with her customers.

To be honest, I still don't really understand this shipping mess. Yesterday's glitch only explains yesterday's lateness. You must have known how many orders there were to fill before the packing started? Why not finish all the packing before sending all at the same time? Yep, what @millefeuilles said. Doesn't explain orders sitting in the warehouse, with a label and shipping number, for five days either. I'm just relieved I didn't spend a lot of money on my DD order this year! I'd be fuming otherwise.

This is related to the issue that was happening where a customers order was stuck in "active" instead of "shipped" after it already shipped out. I may not be understanding your question correctly, so let me know if I can clarify.
