We no longer have cable, but we do have Sling. I can add Hallmark along with their lifestyle package addition for $5 month, so I thought I'd add it over the span of their big movie season. When do the new Christmas movies officially kick off? And are they doing any fall/Halloween movies this year?
Yes, I'm a big Hallmark Christmas movie sap.

MizIndependent, I know it seemed that way in past years and you know, I'd be fine with that!
Gypsymama, thanks! DH does not get my horror at not being able to watch the Hallmark Christmas movies. Yes, they're cheeseball and they should really hire me as a continuity expert, but I love them.

They did have Christmas Ornament premiere in July so they did have a week or so of movies then. They will have a scattering for the premiere in October and November too, but the every night movie blitz does start Wednesday before Thanksgiving through Christmas.

They are already running them. I swear they are on 365 days a year. My mom always has them on. When we go there for dinner, we have fun making fun of them.

Happy Birthday to me!!! I love the Hallmark Christmas movies and dislike Halloween horror movies. So iI'm excited that they start this year on my birthday!! As an aside they have been doing this for a few years. One year my Mom had surgery on the Friday the movies started. I spent the weekend with my Mom watching Christmas movies....and it snowed too!! An early snow storm for us. It didn't stick, but sure did add to the ambience!

I don't mind too much that they start early, but it's that they play the same movies over and over. DH is the one who likes the Hallmark Christmas movies and seems like he has them on 24/7.
