I'm a real newbie with SVG files and the Cricut, but I did manage to convert a PDF template into an SVG file. It's a card that when folded in half top to bottom is a pair of toddler dungarees. For some reason when I cut it, the neck hole isn't cutting out. With this little and probably incomprehensible information, can someone tell me what I might be doing wrong? I'll be glad to share the file if it helps. Thanks.

I think you might have to "delete" the inside, negative part that isn't cutting out. You can do this when you import it into Design Space. When you click on an area that you want to delete, it turns into a checkerboard pattern, meaning that it won't cut. Here are some directions that might help: How to Import Images into Design Space LMK if this works, and good luck.

Here's another clue: The images have been inserted on the "mat". As I scroll down the right hand bar that has Layers and something else across the top, the dungarees show up. When I click on the eye symbol to the right of that putting a slash mark through it, the dungarees disappear leaving just the neck hole on the "mat".
Thanks for your patience!

Thanks so much for your help. Because I'm not very experienced in downloading my own images, I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do . After reading the link you provided, I thought I'd upload the PNG file instead of the SVG file and see what it looked like. The dungarees and its accessories all showed up with the checkered background off to the sides. The neck hole that I want to have cut out looks exactly like the rest of the items on both the SVG upload and the PNG upload. I just can't figure out why everything else is cutting out fine except the neck hole. I'm so frustrated.

I realized that the neck hole for some reason was actually cutting out off to the side with the pocket, etc. I just dragged the neck hole into the correct position on the overalls.
