Did anybody else watch the video? I was interested in what Molly is doing to lose weight, she looks great. Molly is on vacation for a few days but when she comes back she is going to have a blog post about it and in the future you will be able to follow her on Instagram, she is going to have an account for her weight loss.
I noticed Becky said something about them being a lifestyle brand, move over Oprah! I did give a side eye to Wendy with her passive aggressive comments to Molly about how she constantly wore a jean skirt (or jean dress? I kind of tuned Wendy out and I watched it before bed).

I started to watch it but was annoyed by all the "extra" talk so I stopped. Just wanted to hear here story not Becky's company "plugs and valley girl voice chit chat." I will have to check out Molly's blog post.

Beach Body, Isogenix (sp?), Ketogenic diet with special powders you buy to make drinks,... I'm betting on an MLM and for even more information send me a message!

Magic supplements, powders (I'm guessing protein?) and likely a meat-heavy application of keto. Sigh. Just another protein-overloaded diet with expensive pyramid scheme placebo sugar pills. More bad advice about nutrition from non-professionals. Ugh.

Whatever happened to moving more and eating less? I eat junk...I fully admit it...I'm a VERY picky eater, but I just eat smaller portion sizes of those things. If I ate more of what was good for me, I'd probably be able to eat more (fewer calories per serving) but I am THAT picky. I'd rather not eat than eat anything I don't like no matter how hungry I may be.
10+ years ago, I managed to lose 115+ pounds doing exactly that and wouldn't you know it, it worked!! I've also lost 13 pounds (the last 2 weeks my body has been fighting me and stalled out...my body hates mornings and my son started school again, so my body threw a fit) in the past several weeks doing exactly that.
There is no magic to it, just make better choices...or if you make crappy ones, don't eat huge restaurant sized portions when you eat it!

ctually, Isagenix is an MLM... I know. I was listing the businesses I could think that were MLM or had that definite feel of one. I went to Becky's FB page and it said no gimmicks. My guess now is if Molly is a Mormon ( Molly Mormon an inside joke in the LDS church) then she's been doing the Word of Wisdom Health challenge on Facebook.

I watched the video the other day. No gimmicks- just eating better, eating less, and a little bit of moving more. She gives 10 tips that really helped her and her husband lose weight. There will be a blog post with the information in a week or so.

Dear Becky. Stick with what you are good at. Scrapbooking. You've never been a weighty scrapper girl (although there are many who have.) Please just shut up.

I'm always up for motivation and inspiration from people who are getting healthier the old fashioned way. She is doing more mindful eating and she started walking more and now she likes to hike. I don't know if I would want to drink her Orange2o (she mixes one part OJ with a lot of water and drinks it all day) but I liked that her plan is not anything crazy or expensive.

Thumbs up for mindful eating, walking, and hiking. I love hiking! The orange2o thing is...interesting. But I've always enjoyed drinking plain water. It's mostly what I drink and I've never been the type to need a flavor in a beverage.

I used to do the flavored water when I was at the beginning of my weight loss ( I was 35 pounds heavier than I am currently ) and I found it really helpful. When you're not used to drinking enough water each day, you just do what you have to. I started with oj or lemon, and eventually I found some herbal teas that I like. It's a good trick
