I need some suggestions for books for 11 yo boy. They need to be non-violent as he has anger management issues.
If you could also keep him & his family in your prayers that would be great.

I love the Joust series by Mercedes Lackey. Growing up story, all about magic, dragons, honor, etc. It depends on his reading level though. They're adult books and on the advanced side for 11.

My 11 year old son reccomends the author Brandon Mull - especially the Fablehaven series and Candy Shop Wars series.

My son read the Artemis Fowl series by Erin Colfer at that age.

Check out the Guys Read series. They are collections of stories by various authors edited by Jon Scieszka. They have a lot of themes Guys Read Sport Pages, Funny Business, True Stories. My son has found a lot of new books and authors he likes that way. Gordon Korman is a favorite author.
