Last night, I was working on PL. I have to do it in a way that accommodates my physical med issues. I really could use the 3x4 punch, instead of using a trimmer. Is it worth the $?

Nay. Mine is not easy to punch and the edges come out rough, like they still need to be trimmed down. I did a couple test punches and now it just sits in the bottom of a closet. It was a total waste of money. If you have a die cutter, the die is so much better. (We have a Vagabond because those of us in the house have arthritis/carpal tunnel, and use our dies so much more because we don't have to physically crank a handle.)

I spoke with my mom about the punch since she's used it more than I have. She said she has to stand up and lean on the punch because it's difficult to push down, and the punch itself is quite heavy. I don't know if it's plausible to put on the floor and step on it--I've done that with punches that are difficult to use before because I don't have the strength in my hands.

Thaks for asking about this punch. I was considering it too, but I'd also read some negative reviews. I would have been so nice if it had worked properly! Will just have to think about buying a die cut machine and the rectangle dies for PL sizes.

Nay. A friend won one at a crop and brought it over and it after a few punches it got stuck and we had a heck of a time getting it un-stuck, and then it got stuck again. It was also very hard to punch.

The dies are great. I also have the Fawn Lawn stitched dies for both the 4x6 and 3x4 sizes. Those are really cute.

I don't have the punch (I've heard pros and cons about it), but I do have the dies in the PL card sizes. I love using my manual die cutting machine.

I love my 3x4 punch and have never had any issues, but I can definitely see it being difficult for some to use, as it takes a bit of strength/pressure on a sturdy surface.

I held out on the punch for a long time, but bought it at 50% off when A's was closing. I do like it. I don't have any issues with rough edges like some others have reported. It is a heavy punch, and I do sometimes stand up to put my weight on it when punching, but it works well. Has not jammed on me at all.

I sold mine at a scrapbook flea market. Too big to keep and not use.

I have it. It is hard to punch. I have to stand and push down on it and even then does not always go all the way thru.

I have one, but I feel like its easier to use a trimmer and a rounder instead. I have to step on it in order for it to work, and I don't think the edges look that clean.

I bought one at AC Moore a few weeks ago. We R Memory keepers brand, not sure if this is the same one everyone else has, but I'm very happy with it. Cuts very quick and smooth, no rough edges. I've used it so far on cardstock and pictures. The top is magnetic so you can position it anywhere you want on the page. So I cannot attest to how long it will stay sharp, since I've only had it a short time.

I have had mine since they first came out and didn't know people had problems with it. I am a punch fanatic (my friend says ho). I have hundreds. Anytime a punch is acting up, I run aluminum foil through it and then waxed paper. I always seems to work. This punch does require more force than many of my others, but that doesn't bother me.

I use mine all the time. It took me awhile to get the hang of it. I do stand up and put all my weight on it when I'm using it. I can see where it wouldn't be for someone who had issues with their hands.

I never bought it since I haven't actually created a PL page yet and I couldn't justify the expense. My gf bought it and said she has a hard time using it as well.
