How small of scraps do you save? I have tons of little pieces in lots of colors. I know as soon as I throw the scraps away, I will need that color.

I have decided that scraps cause me anxiety. I cut the vinyl to the size I need and then toss the scraps. I just don't use them. I am really good at cutting the vinyl with little waste.

I don't save tiny scraps of anything anymore. If it's really pretty (paper), I punch a few circles, stars, flowers, etc. Anything smaller than 3 inches goes out.

I have enough paper scraps saved to even consider saving vinyl! I toss the scraps!

I figure that anything smaller than a 4 inch tile can be tossed, as least for regular vinyl.
However, HTV is more expensive, and I am more likely to save small scraps, since I am more likely to use them in layered heat transfer projects.

I save vinyl scraps even if they're pretty small. My kid likes to cut up the scraps to make her own stickers so even if I don't use it for something she will.
