Does everyone put away their own clothes? Do you put away your spouse's clothes? Do your kids put away their own clothes?
Does everyone just live out of the laundry baskets?
Inquiring minds want to know.

Me. If DH goes to upstairs before me and it's on the bed then he puts his away and moves mine to the top of the dresser. Before DS started doing his own laundry I would put his clean stuff on his bed and he put it away.

in theory?
everyone puts away their own
in reality?
I put away mine, DH leaves his at the end of the bed until I get tired of looking at it and put it away, DD17 puts hers on a chair in her room and leaves it there until it falls on the floor and I pick it up and put it away while hoovering, DD10 puts some of hers away and stores the rest in a corner of her room until it ends up back in the laundry basket....

Everyone puts away their own.
I do the laundry and leave it downstairs in the finished basement where the washer/dryer is folded in different stacks on the nights I do it (I'm a night owl). That night I take mine up and put my own away. DH and DS get to theirs when they get to them. I don't use laundry baskets. I fold them as soon as they come out of the dryer-they wrinkle less that way.

Laundry is all washed together, dh and I usually hang what needs to be hung, dh folds clothes and fitted sheets, I fold the rest. Everyone puts away their own.

We both put away our own. Except I was kind this week and put my husband's away while he's been gone so they wouldn't get all wrinkled sitting in the basket.

I put mine and some of dh's away. He puts his work clothes away. The kids put their own clothes away and they take turns folding and putting the towels away.

I wash, dry, fold and put away all laundry. To be fair there is only two of us, we don't generate that much laundry.

I taught my boys very early to put theirs away. For some reason, that's the only part of doing laundry I don't really enjoy. (Well, actually, sorting the sweaty, dirty clothes isn't exactly enjoyable, but I'd rather do that than put clean laundry away for some reason.) I put hanging clothes away for everyone, but the folded stuff I leave to each person to do their own.

Everyone puts their own away. Actually my teens do their own laundry from start to finish. DH washes and folds our laundry (his and mine) and we each put our own stuff away.

I put away everyone's laundry.
Almost all of it is on hangers, so it's pretty fast and easy.

I put away mine & the two youngest kid's clothes. They can't reach all the dresser drawers or the closet yet.
My teens wash, dry, & put away (or not) their clothes.
No spouse.

If I fold, then I put away my clothes and DH's clothes. I put the kids' folded clothes on their beds and they put them away when they get home. (If they are home, then I call them to come and get their clothes and put them away.) If DH folds, he does the same--putting theirs on the beds and mine and his away. If the kids fold the clothes, they leave them all folded wherever they did the folding---the laundry room, a bed, the sofa, whatever. Which is fine, because when they fold I pretty much wind up refolding all of mine anyway.

Kids put their own away (and do their own laundry, they are 17 and 21).
Dh and both do laundry and put it away...just depends on who decides to.

It's just the two of us and most of the laundry is done the day the housekeeper is here. She puts it all away. For laundry done the rest of the time, we each do our own and put it away. If DD still lived here, she'd be living out of her laundry basket full of clean clothes. So funny to visit her place now and see how neat and clean everything is, as well as all the laundry put away!

Everyone puts away their own.
I do my own/put away.
The kids alternate washing theirs/all fold and put away.
Spouse does his own/puts away.
Kids are 8/13/16 and have been doing their own for about 5 years.

Dh does all of his own laundry from start to finish. My kids do their own laundry, but until recently I folded it and then put it on their beds to be put away. Not anymore. Now they are responsible for folding their laundry! I QUIT!

DH or I do the laundry each week. Whoever washes and dries it puts it away. It's just the two of us so we don't have very much laundry.

Our house has four levels and the laundry is on the bottom. I make even the little kids cart their stuff upstairs. I put away things for the little kids that aren't intuitive and they put away the rest. The older kids mostly deal with their laundry themselves, and do 100% of putting their laundry away. I put away my laundry and I put away dh's most of the time.

I do all the laundry and leave it folded on top of the washer and dryer. The person to whom it belongs is responsible for getting it into drawers and closets. DH is actually better about that part than I am. I generally wait until my pile is toppling over before I move it.

My fifteen year old DD puts hers away. I fold stuff and put it on her desk. I do hang her uniform shirts so they don't get wrinkled. I put away the rest ( mine, DH, 10 year old and 8 year old).
The 15 year old asked me if I wanted her to do her own laundry but I told her no since her loads would be small and I think the washer would be running all the time.
