I HATE trying to find a new wallet. I wear them out before replacing. My favorite as of the last 6 years has been A Vera Bradley one, that of course was discontinued over a year ago but I bought 2 when I found them at a gift store.
Today, I had Turkey Rice soup explode in my handbag, and the only thing that is still jacked up is my last VB wallet!!!
So I'm trying to find a good one looking online. Any suggestions?
I'll try to find a picture of my VB one to show what I loved.
I do not carry a checkbook.

I'd bet you could easily find the retired one on eBay if you really want the same thing.

My favourite purse is my Mulberry oxblood colour French wallet . It's incredibly practical, but lovely to look at and hold as well .

I'm fussy about wallets, too. Most are too small for me, and I'm very particular about how a wallet is organized to hold what I need it to hold. My favorite wallet of all time is the Vera Bradley Turn Lock wallet. I'm on my third or fourth, and this one is my favorite--I have it in the charcoal Vera Vera fabric, which looks good with any purse I have and has a cool pattern on the inside. The way this wallet is organized just seems to really work for me. I prefer a zipped wallet, but I also like the large turnlock. I can't stand a wallet with a little tiny snap that I can never seem to find. Downside-- it's big and takes up a lot of room in my bag.  |

That's it!!!!!! The gift shop told me they weren't making them anymore!! They were called a wristlets. its a newer one - similar to the old one but you can actually fit bills in behind those credit cards better than in the old wristlet I have 2 & love them. ( I had the old wristlet too but like this one better) |

Okay, I am obsessing over this Vera wallet. Is it meant to be carried in a purse or only on the shoulder?
Now, I have to decide on a pattern there are a couple that I really like.

I actually don't use a regular wallet since I got my wallet phone case. It's so handy and I almost never carry cash or checks. I have one with a few slots and I just carry my debit, a CC, my license, my insurance, and one rewards card. DH also has one and he doesn't carry a wallet anymore either.

 I'm using my Patriots wallet again.  I don't carry a checkbook, so I have my Costco & Sam's cards and a couple other random ones in the pocket you would normally put a checkbook in. |

 I no longer carry a checkbook with me, so I've been able to shrink my wallet to almost nothing. I use this Vera Bradley ID case. It holds my driver's license, credit card, insurance card, and money. I can easily grab it to transfer to any size purse or even just hand carry if preferred. It also slips into a pocket easily. I have all the other cards and various ID cards for things in this expandable card case. It stays in my handbag.  |

I was helping a friend at his work Saturday, I stopped at a local cheese house to grab breakfast before going in and ordered a turkey rice soup to go since I was going to be helping him all day. Got to his work and laid my purse on the counter and my paper bag with the soup next to it. Some how, the bag was moved and set on top of my purse! I don't know if the heat made it explode--it was in a cardboard soup container and the top of the lid separated from the rim/sides of the lid. I noticed it about an hour after I got there. Lucky for me I don't carry a lot of stuff in my purse, but the wallet got it the worst! |

I use my phone case. It holds a debit card, credit card, gas card and my drivers license. Most of my money is in my purse zipper compartment but fresh cash from my debit card fits in the phone case, easy peasy.
