A dedicated album? They should be able to fit into 12x12 page protectors.

Mine are outgrowing their Cropper Hopper as well. I have pulled out the smaller ones and put them on jump rings, but other than that, I got nothin'...

Hmmmm....I am am thinking if I had a ton I would put them in regular office supply store page protectors and into a binder. 1. The 6x6 I would put two in, slightly overlapping, and holding the top one using the tons of washi tape that I own. 2. The 12x12 I would take pictures, put those into a collage, label those pictures with numbers, print on regular paper, and stick that into the binder. The actual stencils themselves, I would put into a upright 12x12 paper holder in numberical order. That is all I've got. I don't have tons, so they still fit in the Iris case.

I have relatively few stencils & store them in a 12x12 album. Using standard & divided 12x12 protectors, only one stencil is inserted per slot to avoid tangling/ripping/damage (eg one 12x12 stencil in a standard 12x12 protector; four 6x6 stencils in one 4-slot 12x12 divided protector - PL Design E). HTH & you find a storage solution that works well for you!

If you don't want to use an album, you could use the page protectors and store them in a sticker stadium. That way they could easily be stored on your work surface. The sticker stadium expands to 8 inches, so you could put a bunch of them in there.

I will hunt down the E dividers Note each protector/slot contains a sheet of black cardstock for ease in viewing the stencil design. Since you have considerably more stencils (if outgrowing an Iris case!), you may consider inserting two stencils (one on each side of the cardstock) per slot to maximize storage space. In addition to Project Life, several companies (eg American Crafts, WRMK) offer 12x12 page protectors with four 6x6 slots (plus other configurations to accommodate the various shaped stencils). Happy organizing!

I only have 4 stencils. No need for any particular storage for me. Sorry I have no ideas for you.

That's a nice set up. I like the idea of pre-spraying stencil adhesive and keeping them on laminated, labeled sheet. They're all ready to go when you need them. What type of spray adhesive do you use? That isn't something I've used before.
