I was looking at them on amazon but when I checked squaretrade for an extended warranty, they only sell plans for used/refurbished items sold on ebay. So I started to look there and there are some pretty good prices for refurbished ones. I'm looking at the Samsung Galaxy 10" (3 or 4, doesn't matter-I mainly want to read my e-magazines on it) or the next smaller size (I think 8"). I know the Nexus 7 is a good price and very popular but I don't like that there's no sd card slot.
