I accumulated some 6x6 paper pads before I started making cards. Now I seem to have so many of them, I don't know what to do. How do y'all store your 6x6 paper? My old storage was just a basket. I was thinking about doing something like the clear fridge bins since I'm going that way with my stamp and die storage. I can't seem to find one that is the correct width. Everything seems sized at six inches wide instead of accommodating six inches wide. What do y'all use? Any help for a new card maker?

I use the fridge bins; I have found wider ones at Marshalls/Home Goods; about 8 inches wide. I also have my 'off season' pads in photo boxes, tucked in a closet. The fridge bins hold my new pads and the 'please use me' paper pads... yes- I have way too many! And welcome to the world of card making! About 120 of us did a Christmas card exchange last year and plan to do it again--join us!

I'm happy to know that's a good option! Thanks for the welcome. I'm not sure I'm good enough yet to join a card exchange. I bought one Christmas set because it had a puppy in it. Then my daughter convinced me we needed penguins and unicorns too for Christmas. Lol

I use these cheap crates from walmart and cut down folders. If the paper is in a pad, I don't bother with the folder. I just put the pad in there.

No rules-- I have received gorgeous homemade cards, gorgeous store bought cards, gorgeous photo cards.....it is just a really fun thing to be part of! And of course you need penguins and unicorns and a few snowmen, angels, Rudolph, Santa....that is the thing with stamping- there are so many great options! The 8 inch bins do give me a little extra room on the sides-but I don't feel they are too big. I sometimes tuck 'works in progress' in the open space!

I use this Container Store Large Multipurpose Bin. They're nice and wide, and there's room for Thickers and embellishment packages that go with the pads. I have a lot of closet shelving, so these work well for me to store a variety of items, including 12x12 paper and collection kits.

I use the top rack of my Ikea raskog cart, and its so jammed I couldn't possibly fit another pad in! I'm either going to have to stop buying them, or start using them!

Cut up a cereal box to fit. Shoe box. Then you can decorate or paint the box, and it would be yours uniquely.

I use a Closetmaid mini storage cubical and the fabric mini bins that fit in for my 6x6 storage.
I struggled to find something that would work, finally settled on this method.
Those 6x6 pads are hard to store 😊
