hi WW Peas! Hope y'all are having a great week!!
i am doing ok. Annoyed with the scale. I was up another 0.2 lbs, which i know is nothing but it's the 3rd week in a row! Pretty sure it has something to do with CrossFit, and i am losing inches, but still.
It will get better. how are y'all doing?

I lost 2 pounds this past week! I was excited but I know it was because I was sick and not because I purposely paid attention to what I was eating! LOL! I have surgery planned this Friday so I anticipate losing weight that week! I will take it however I can get it lately!!

Had a good week last week, was down 2.6 lbs. Hoping to have a good week this week too...working on a blue dot challenge and trying to get 6 dots this week. I have fallen into the habit of assuming and mentally counting. Gotta nip that in the bud!

Weighed in tonight, 2 pounds down! YAY! I overdid it Friday and Saturday so was glad I had a loss.

been on vacation the last few days, but as odd as it sounds i'm eager to get back to eating normally now
