I don't have a link yet as I just literally heard it on the BBC evening news but I believe Mark Zuckerberg has agreed to pass information to congress regarding the Russian adverts that were presented as news articles/facts on Facebook during the American election. I remember the reporter mentioned the supposed backing of Trump by the Pope and that Hillary C had had someone killed supposedly... I'm sorry I can't remember the specifics. Watch this space...

Will there be outrage over Facebook taking these advertising dollars? Is the company to blame? I'm not on Facebook so I've never seen these ads by actors. Did any pea see these adverts? At what time did Facebook become aware that they were part of this? It will be interesting to see the role they played in this.

eta: have other countries experienced this on Facebook? What else will Facebook do for $$$
