Hello, I am completely unfashionable and work with kids, so my style is definitely easy to launder and conservative. I also live in the PNW, so I typically shop at Eddie Bauer, Lands End and Duluth. In any event on the lularoe thread someone introduced me to these beauties www.charliesproject.com/collections/halloween-collection/products/jack?variant=43558902211 and I must have them. i need to know what to wear with them though. I don't even understand what shoes one would wear with leggings in the fall. I have to have socks on as recess duty is best described as cold and wet on a good day. I have enough sense to know that at home I could wear a loose long shirt over them, but I would love to wear them to work. The kids know how much I love Jack and a lot of the kids at school wear Jack clothes. Is there some sort of dress or skirt apparatus I could wear over them? I don't typically even wear dresses, but I am not opposed if I had something covering my legs as the cold weather is supposed to be here soon. I would appreciate any links or suggestions you fashionistas have. I am curvy, so we have that to contend with as well. The part of my body from my knees down is great, but I do have a booty and bust that need to be dealth with. Tia!

I'm not a fashion expert by any stretch of anyone's imagination but I would think that a knit dress/long tunic in black or a colour that 'fits' with Jack and also with your colouring would work - and boots seem to be the go-to with leggings as far as I can tell - either tall ones of booties. I would choose a dress with some sort of shaping to it to define your curves.

I think this outfit would be cute, don't think I'd do the chunky boot, just a black bootie or tall boots and a simple poncho. link

That is a boot I could wear with other non leggings clothes, right? Since I don't wear skirts or dresses or skinny jeans I don't think I have much I could wear with tall boots.

Also, a long black sweater, or tunic, with tall, or chunky boots, or booties,or even something like Vans, Converse...

I bought last year's version of this dress at Gap and wore it a ton. I *could* have worn it as a dress but loved it more with leggings... a little more coverage than a tunic top and the swing shape is very flattering. Could you wear a pair of ballet flats and just change into socks & boots for recess?

I think i will order that dress though, it is super cute.

That dress is cute! Or a thigh long sweater.
