I also like LLP's handwriting, but like others mentioned, don't want it on everything, and I already have a lot of her stamps.
Whenever I see a stamp that is font/text heavy (like this month's stamp in the KP main kit), I think maybe I could just do that myself in Photoshop with the right fonts?

Well I surprised myself...I ended up buying the main kit as well as some of the stamps & america mini kit. Mostly because with the member discount the prices were good and I know I will use all of them (a lot) in years to come. We have a road trip this summer & also in future years we plan to do RV trips across America. I think I can officially say now, that my travel stash is officially complete.

I'm debating on going back to purchase a stamp that I really wanted and forgot to add. I agree, the member discount is great for when you want another kit. It makes it comparable to having another subscription without the commitment of two each month. For this reason, I think I will keep my TN subscription as I like the option if cutting down the papers to 3x4, 3x8, or 4x6 for pocket pages or leave as is for inserts. Does anyone know if shipping is refunded for more than one order placed, by the cut-off time, if you're a subscriber?

I think yes because in her emails to members her text says orders not order....
"....place an extra orders by midnight EST on June 29th to have them combined with your kit. Your shipping will be refunded as applicable by the 5th of July."
But I've never placed multiple orders until this mth!

I just looked, and almost all of the $10 sets have sold out and are up for pre order for next month. That is awesome for KP!

Bwahaha, the only 3x4 left in stock in this release is the only one I was actually considering buying! I officially have either shit or "outlier" taste...
Thanks again to @northrigg for offering to help save on shipping.

I definitely waited too long to purchase the Packing list stamp so it could be bundled, as it’s now on the pre-order list, I knew it would sell out. Guess, I will have to pay the $3.50 extra for shipping for late July. I love the option of $10 stamps. Albeit, I really need to make this my last travel stamp. 🤦🏾♀️

As much as I wanted that RoadTrip kit, I resisted! I’m not on a freeze, but really trying to slow my roll on scrappy buying. I have a very nice stash. I can recreate most of that stamp set with basic Word/Publisher skills. I don’t need to buy for the sake of buying.

I got the main road trip kit, first stamp, and bear stamp. I wanted more but they are pricey (no subscriber).

I ended up with the Road Trip kit, even though I really tried to resist it.

Subscribers, were you charged $4 shipping this month instead of $3.50? I'm wondering if the shipping cost is going up for subscriptions.

I love LLP and her handwriting but not on everything I do. It's fun and trendy in small doses. I'm in the minority here that I buy from KP because of LLP. I don't typically care for KPs design style. I know some of you just lost oxygen. It's sterile and the colours are often too intense together and aggressive for lack of a better word. Her clean alpha stickers and labels though 😍😍😍 We actually love to complain about the color combos! Aggressive is the perfect word. I also am a big LLP fan, I guess there's not a lot of love for her handwriting, but I think it's cute on a lot of my pages. Her florals and patterns are so pretty. The Carpe Diem kit is my favorite thing I've bought this year and it didn't even sell out.

Did anyone who cancelled get a email confirmation? I emailed 5 days ago asking to, and nothing.

Did anyone who cancelled get a email confirmation? I emailed 5 days ago asking to, and nothing. That's frustrating! I follow KP on Instagram and she obviously lives a fabulous life but maybe she should check her work emails while sitting in the airport. Hopefully you will hear something soon!

Mine for the TN kit took a couple days, but I sent it in during the middle of the month.

Disappointing to read that it has become a hassle for (almost?) everyone to communicate with KP's CS. It's a shame. She's a beloved indie designer but there's a clear lack of attention.
I hope things will balance out soon, both in terms of designs/kits (quite a few subbers seem a little bored and are walking away it seems) and basic service for customers. It's a major turn-off and brand killer.
Good luck to everyone dealing with KP issues at the moment. Fingers crossed everything turns out ok in the end.

I had to email CS in May, and my issue was resolved, but it took a long time. Emails were 2+ days, and I had to send a reminder email in there, when by the end of the third day, my email still hadn’t been responded to. I love KP, but I do think when your business is ecommerce, and the primary way for your customers to communicate with you is via email, then the response time should be 24 hrs or less, with the exception of the weekend and/or holidays.
I will say that even though right now the response time is lengthy, any issues I’ve had have always been resolved.

Yeah I was subscribed to both, but the main kit really did stop having fresh designs. It seems like the releases sold really well this month, because if you are newer to her stuff it's not so repetitive. That might just be the nature of being a one designer brand, I've always thought Ali Edwards stuff looked all the same.
I still have 6 months left on the TN subscription, and I really love a lot of the LLP designed stuff more anyway. The customer service is just pathetic and definitely doesn't make me want to keep going either, it's obvious she needs to hire more help to answer all the emails. Not sure why a business owner can't realize how essential good customer service is. Maybe it's just the trend of scrapbooking in general, but I miss her older style that had a mix of bold and muted colors. Her Mon Ami collection from Basic Grey was one of my favorites ever (and I will buy any of it off of anyone who has extras to sell ). I've just realized her current style with all bold everything isn't my favorite anymore.

Just a little more than 24hrs and I received a reply so no complaints on this end. I canceled my regular sub and my TN sub. Had to pay $5 to cancel that one early but it's better than paying for another kit I didn't care for.
I thanked them for a quick reply but I did let them know that there have been many complaints about the slow/lack of customer service/communication the last few months. She said she would pass it along.

I cancelled my subscription after almost 3 years, I've got stamps as far back as 2 Peas collab and have been faithful through the different companies. The shipping increase rubbed me the wrong way, as did the response to my e-mail about giving subscribers a sneak prior to the skip/cancellation date. I was told they send the stuff to the team and it's up to them to sneak them when they can work it in. I get that, but I have to skip/cancel by a certain date and do it blindly.
I wish KP the best and I'm sure I'll stalk her for her December release, but I'm done with the FOMO.

Likewise, I'm keeping an eye out for her December release. This is where I might end up spending some DD moneez.

I’ve been thinking about cancelling my sub, too. I don’t really ever use the cards in my album and I think I’m over the FOMO as well.
I feel like the customer service is a hit or complete miss. Most of the time I’m pretty happy with the resolution. Once I accidentally ripped a stamp, 100% my fault, and I emailed them and they sent me a new stamp set. Definitely wasn’t expecting that. But a couple of other times it just seemed lacking. Another time I contacted them about an issue with a stamp, like it was cut off in manufacturing, said they’d send a replacement... Never got it even after I followed up a few times. Luck of the draw I guess.

After the second email, I got a quick response. Phew. Totally agree with everyone's sentiments about being over the FOMO. Kit clubs in general create a need that's not really there; most of us have enough and don't need new supplies every single month.
