I must preface this by saying I haven't purchased any Bazzil - other than a piece or 2 mixed in with other purchases - for probably 8 years. I do buy the packs of 8.5x11 from J's when they are on sale. I really wanted some nice heavy, textured 12x12 cardstock for a couple of mini books I'm making. I have a huge stash of Bazzil but I'm down to mostly 3 or 4 sheets of any given Color (or less). These books were going to take about 6-8 sheets so i went to Beverly's to get some. $.79 per sheet!! I yi yi. Does this sound right? Of course I bought it. Without a coupon. Just cause I HAD to, you know, but geez o Pete. Think I'll go back to my J's cardstock. I do so love me some Bazzil though.

Good to know...I've never been a Bazzil shopper, and this confirms I won't be starting anytime soon!

That is about right for the regular price.

I think it is .69 at Michaels, but they have occasional sales. It was about .59 at my LSS when I had one until this year. So .79 doesn't seem too out of line for current prices. But yeah, not cheap.

It's been about that price locally as long as I can remember. But we are and isolated area and everything costs more than usual here. I totally understand the frustration when prices go up, though.

I am not aware of it being cheaper than .79.
How long ago are you talking, OP?

I was just at Michaels few days ago and it was .79 that's regular price. I been getting the Recollections stuff. It's ok...nothing to rave about but I can't afford the fancy stuff right now.

I can only get it at Michaels now and it is over a dollar a sheet. I got about 500 sheets when it was down to half price plus take 20% off. Can't beat that. I am good for Bazzill for a long, long time!

I'd say that sounds right. I haven't had to buy any in a few months, as I stocked up before Archiver's closed.

I buy bazzil when it is on sale at Joann's, they often have it 40% off! granted it comes in 25 packs, but I don't mind that.

If you really like Bazzil you should try to get it in bulk. I didn't realize it was so much a sheet. I usually get it in a pack of 25 when the Mega Meet comes to our area. It is much cheaper in packs of 25.

If you have a local Tuesday Morning store, try there. I've been stocking up on packs of Bazzill [HASH]3.99 for 12x12 and $2.99 (and sometimes $1.99!) for 25 sheets of textured CS! The color selection is limited at any given time so you have to be open minded, but I've picked up plenty of basics like black, red, green, kraft, etc. And for those who scrap girls - there's always plenty of pinks and purples. You can't beat that price.

Back in the day, when I was a newbie scrapper, Bazzill was 20 cents a sheet at my LSS. That was 1998. I remember thnking how crazy that price was for a sheet of paper. Times sure have changed!

A few years ago a 12x12 at my lss was .50¢ then it went up to .60¢ and it is now .75¢.
I always buy my cardstock when I am buying pattern paper - in store or on line.
I have never had an issue paying what it costs. Its a nice quality paper.

Wow, I used to cringe at paying 50 cents for PP. I still have a ton of Bazzill from the good old days when we used card stock for our base and PP for accents. By the time I need any more it'll probably be $1.00 per sheet. Just wondering, did the price go up when they sold to AC?

Oh Wow! I think the most I've ever paid was 35c/piece, but it has been years since I bought cardstock by the piece. Tuesday Morning has some textured cardstock in packs of 25 for $3.99 if you have one of those stores near you.
Embellish It has 4-color 20 piece packs of Bazzill for $9.00, which makes it .45 a sheet. Of course, you'd have to add shipping too, but if you order enough, they offer free shipping.

I have always paid .50 cents a sheet at my LSS. They just had it on sale for .34 cents a sheet.

The last price I remember paying is 50 cents a sheet. But I worked at a scrapbook store so I would buy it with my employee discount! But I remember when it was 35 cents. We don't have a Tuesday Morning anymore. Insert sad face.

That was about the price the LSS had it before they announced they would be closing. I bought a ton of various colors during their going out of business sales. I also bought a bunch at Tuesday Morning.
The Bazzill they offer at some of the big box stores is slightly thinner, so if it costs less there, that could be one reason why. Besides, they can buy in bulk. Most mom & pop LSS can't get the same price break.
I paid the price when I shopped at the LSS. It's good quality.

I haven't purchased any Bazzill cardstock in awhile, mainly because I stocked up that last time. Thanks for the information
