Aloha! Working on my Hawaii album today, and have a set of 3 pictures taken inside my Dad's condo in and around the kitchen. One has my step mom and my 2 yo son making salad, one has my 9yo daughter eating a banana at the counter, and a smaller photo of 2yo sneaking a taste of cake icing. Can't come up with a cute title for anything! This is and always has been one of my biggest scrapbook weaknesses. I can journal like nobody's business, but titles, man, always stump me! Any ideas from the creative peas? Cindy in Texas

Aloha Sweetness
Aloha (think of 2 words in Hawaiian that means either family or children eating)
Sharing the Yumminess!

Gah! I don't know why I didn't think to use hawaiian words...I've already done that a couple times in this book. I'm having to choose wisely, though...some of these hawaiian words will suck up my entire Thickers collection! I'll let yall know what I come up with....as soon as that happens

I found this term: hale`aina = restaurant; cafeteria
I think I saw a word or set of words for grandparents.
So something like "In [grandparents'] [cafeteria]?

if titles aren't your strong suit, consider skipping them now and then especially since you are journaling all the details or just take a word from your journaling block to make bigger and bolder like YUM or delicious or treats

I think I have it....simple is best, yeah? I came across the word 'Ono which means delicious, or tasty. I think since the pictures are from three separate days, I'm gonna go with this. Then explain much more in the journaling. Thanks everyone for the push and ideas! I now have a list of Hawaiian words I want to incorporate into my album! Most of my pages in the album right now are mostly done, except for.....can you guess?? S!!!!

all done...I'm happy with it! I used gold glittery thickers to spell "'Ono" in the main part of the layout, and used an asterisk stamp next to it. At the bottom of the page, I did a little embellishment cluster and with another asterisk stamped near it with little tile stickers spelling out "delicious!"
I've done this album in all sorts of out of order, but this page is near the front, so I may use this way of translating any Hawaiian words I use in the title for several other pages throughout the book. Thanks for actually solving a bigger problem than the single page title!
