As usual, I'm struggling for Christmas present ideas for my girls. My oldest DD as some of you know is in our Winterguard and now field band color guard which necessitates 1-2 day trips away from home but may end up being 3-5 days in the future. Of course, with her goes a ton of personal care products: hair gel, hair spray, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner and who can forget all of the make-up, spray glitter and Lord knows what else goes on their faces. That is an abbreviated list, btw.
I thought that getting her a nice toiletry bag would be a good idea. One that can withstand all of the traveling and jostling, keeping everything in its place and who can forget that clean-up needs to be reasonable. Oh, and it has to fit comfortably inside a smallish suitcase.
Thanks in advance and I'm looking forward to everyone's replies!

I have a hanging toiletry bag that I love. I'm able to hang it from the hook on the back of the bathroom door so it doesn't have to take up vanity space. I've had mine for years, but I know lots of places sell them (maybe even thirty-one gifts). Good luck!

My teen and her friends love Jon Hart Design stuff.
It isn't cheap, but holds up well. And you can get it monogrammed.

The hanging vera bradley one is my daughter's favorite. She has given one to a bunch of friends because they all love hers.
The back packs aren't so popular around here anymore.. but the make up bags still are

DD wasn't a band/guard kid, but was a theatre kid. If your DD is on a road a lot, I'd recommend something like this: Make up case. It hold a lot and opens up so that she can access everything easily. They even make them larger with wheels like a suitcase, but that may be overkill!

I've had the LL Bean small toiletry bag since college. It is great! Keeps everything organized and in its place. There are some cute colors and prints these days and you can get it monogrammed too. Plus with the lifetime warranty you'll know it will last. Edited to be the small bag not the medium!

Vera bradley!! It has clear pockets to keep everything organized. DD got one, then I loved it so much she bought me one as a gift, which younger dd "took" so I bought another.
